Great service and nice knowledgeable staff. The staff there will do anything in their power to make sure the customer is taken care of. Extremely wonderful experience. Will definitely go there for my DME needs.

Absolutely terrible experience. The joke of a "manager" Gail is extremely rude & unprofessional! She was nosy & questioned everything. Every time we called we had to jump through hoops. They had the doctors orders & that's all she needed to know! The BS she was asking did not pertain to how or what she needed to know for the prescribed oxygen. She was truly awful. They didn't send half of the stuff the was needed to even use it. At the absolute worst experience of our life during the worst time of life become of what we were going through!!
