Over The Rainbow Child Development

Worst day care center ever!!! My daughter is 3 years old and very verbal. She said that one of the teachers pulled back on her finger and hurt her because she wasn't listening and that the teacher told her it was because she was being bad. When I confronted the manager she immediately got defensive and said that my daughter is a liar and took absolutely no action. She gathered all my daughters belongings and had them in the office waiting for me. I asked if her supervisor could contact me and she refused. She said that my 3 year old daughter whom they claimed was amazing and fun and great before this claim, now was a liar and out of control!!!! As a mother and someone in a manager roll myself any claim of this nature would be taken serious and action would be made!!!!!!!!!!!!

My children have been going to OTR for 6 years now and I can't say enough good things about our experience. All of the staff have become family to us and they are a part of our village. The thought and creativity that the teachers put into activities for my kids is top notch. Not to mention how much they love and respect my kids and me. They are always there for us and offer a helping hand whenever a need arises, not only for my family but for the community. I didn't have any extended family in the area and had no additional help until I found OTR. They have become my second family and my kids adore their teachers. The facility is clean and the meals are substantial and nutritious. Every teacher harbors an environment for learning and social interaction. My family LOVES Over the Rainbow and we are proud to be part of the OTR family. Highly recommended.
