Communication from the service department. Don't schedule appointments if you will take over 24 hours to complete the simple job of running a diagnostic and replacing the battery. Unacceptable. I don't care how busy your service department is, someone should be responsible for contacting the owner to say, "this won't be done today but we will do our best to complete the job before noon the next day. So sorry for the inconvenience this may cause". Absolute dumpster fire of a business model in my opinion. I won't ever buy a car there again.

I called to schedule factory recomended services. customer service is shit, just got put on hold for 19 minutes and 22 seconds, call back, she said " do you want us to call you back after I figure it out?"

I did like this dealership the best but the service guy just tried to tell me that I don't have a Nissan extended warranty and I do. They also didn't test drive my car last time. Just found out today. I told them my steering wheel was making a noise and they just did the alignment no test drive no nothing. What a bummer. I was about to buy a brand new rogue there too in a couple months.Update: Okay so I go here another time because something was still wrong with my car and it's tilting to the right and left on the highway. I though it was still the alignment so I went under the store manager Mark after talking with him because he made a comment saying my car is perfect and said something about being 99k. Well that makes me think they're trying to mess me on the warranty so I had it checked at Bob Moore. They said something isn't right and is looking at it tomorrow.I then talked to Kim because CJ said I didn't have an extended warranty and I do through Nissan. I'll admit I might be a little loud when I'm trying to get my point across, but I never cussed at her trying to explain anything. I was needing the alignment check paper because Mark told Kim he gave it to me and he did not. I called the store on i240 and they told me they kept the alignment checks. So I texted Kim and told her, "I called the other Orr on i240 and the guy that works service there said you all save those alignment checks for several weeks and can look it up by the VIN to get a copy."Well, five minutes later MARK THOMAS THE MANAGER calls and screams at me and would NOT let me explain anything. And told me to find a new dealership and hung up. He said Kim said I was rude, but I really wasn't. She even said she would call me back, but had Mark instead.I have never been so appalled at a car dealership in my life. I was CRYING when he screamed at me and my husband could hear him screaming at me sitting some feet away. I have owned two Nissans and I even thinking about changing brands over this whole ordeal.I would like it if the GM would call me because there's no corporate office to call. And when I get my car looked at tomorrow I'll update this and put what was wrong with it since you say nothing is at all. That guy Mark Thomas though. He screamed at me so bad I had an anxiety attack after. He needs to be fired. He was very hostile and erratic. I have never been treated so bad by a business. I'm still shaken up honestly.

I called or Nissan West to see if they had a part in stock for my car. They were able to locate it and get it for me same day. When I arrived to pick up the part, I was greeted by multiple people, they were quick to help me find where I needed to go. I was in and out of the store within five minutes. They included a reduced price because of the Nissan points I had accumulated.

Buyer Beware! Extremely disappointed in customer service after buying a used car. Having purchased a car and it needing major repairs after only 2 weeks is unacceptable!Very disheartening~we believed that we were purchasing a reliable vehicle. Only to have immediate problems and auto repair bills on top of ttt + car payment.

I would recommend inspecting your vehicle 100% before you sign. They said they serviced our vehicle before we left the lot. It had a nail in the tire and service passed right over it. Service also said they changed the oil but when I had it changed for the first time Valvoline said the oil hadn't been changed in awhile. It had 1/2 a qrt of oil it was running on. They didn't change the cabin filter or the inside filter. Spray painted the inside of the vehicle. Anyone that purchased a vehicle will know what I'm talking about with the paint on the interior. We detailed our car and that cheap paint they sprayed just peeled off.

First off I already had bought a car from this place about three years ago and it wasn't the best experience then but I racked up 104k miles on my 2021 Murano so I thought it was time for a new one! I found a brand new Rogue on there website and had been talking g with the sales lady and already had my APPROVAL from my bank and my approval was a great deal more then what I found and what I quickly realized was how much they were padding the offer sheet on the vehicle I had found! They wanted to give me 13k for my trade in when I owed 25k still on it but was more then willing to add the difference to what I'd be financing and there answer to that was it was still under my approval! This place completely wasted my time and are complete CROOKS! Do NOT come here! Save your money and go ANYWHERE else!! I found the EXACT same vehicle just down the road but with more features for 10k LESS!! I repeat DO NOT give this place a chance they will RIP you OFF!! There mentality of ANYTHING for a sale is complete BS!!

I took my car In yesterday to the dealership to get a oil change and service maintenance. This is my 4th nissan !! I'm have always tried to service my vehicles at a reputable Nissan dealership (has been Orr west) for the last 10 years of living in Yukon!! I have never been charged so much labor for a oil change and tire rotation. It's one thing to charge labor on work in the garage but on a oil change is a little much!! I always thought I could trust them more than a chain but guess I will go back to a chain. I am very dissatisfied with the customer survive at Orr and probably won't go back!
