I would title this ad bait and switch lol
After service. Before, all were the same!!
After yet another service. Why don't they leave it alone or do their job competently.
Works Great in the snow too!

The little thing... So, get my cars oil change here. Last time I was there the tech decided to let the air out of my tires, didn't ask, didn't inform me. I like them at 40-42 psi. Left me with 4 tires ALL different pressures. So ANNOYING and just trashy thing to do. Especially since it left both my back tires at 33psi (they are my newest tires) so not only do d it cause more wear but I was getting shitty gas mileage and my car was driving like crap. This happened not once, but 2x!! May not seem like a big deal, but with my busy schedule, and not being conveniently near a air pump I drive like this for 4 months not realizing how crappy my car is driving. I have less than 35k on my car and don't appreciate the extra wear and tear something like this causes. (By the way when filling up the air with the car on, the car beeps at you at 45psi, why not set it to 35 if that is what the manufacturer recommends. Seriously!)The bigger thing...Every time I went in I was asked if my car had any issues, like stalling, because there was a software update. ( If it ain't broke, don't fix it) I declined. Well, the car started having what I'll call fuel intake issues right after start up. Thought I got bad gas somewhere. Finally said something and was told they needed to do a diagnostic. $140 charge. Well, it needed the software update. I'm pissed! If there is an update, this should be the FIRST thing considered and done. At no charge because it's obviously a Nissan issue that they should take care of FREE OF CHARGE!! Spoke to mgr who took off $40 ( some thing they do all the time to make it look like you're getting a break when it's an offered discount/promotion at the time) So, I consider this a dishonest business practice, plain and simple. Oh and now I can't dim my touchscreen for night time, and there is now an issue when I plug in my phone to charge. Car "detects USB" connection and switches to this and disconnects from the radio/cd/whatever. Infuriating when you are listening to the radio! TY expensive software update

I am so tired of dealerships posting bad information to lure in buyers. I tried to contact in advance to get more information and received no reply. Therefore we drove into the city to look at the truck and found a piece of junk with over 230000 miles that was white and filled with rust. It is such a dishonest statement to say we used a stock photo because we didn't have any available yet. In this day and age you can get a picture of anything the second it comes in. If you're able to post to Facebook you're able to post honest information. Why would you put 73000 miles if it was 238000 miles? Put unknown until you know. Even more so, when someone messages to ask for information tell them immediately what kind of shape it is in So, thank you for the wasted time and gas.

They don't honor their estimates that they originally send you. Saying that they forgot to put the labor on the estimate even though the estimate fully says "replace". After approving an estimate they sent a new one increased by over $200- $400.Claiming their wifi wasn't working. Well it worked well enough for the system to send me the 1st estimate. They said they double checked their work but evidently not because I got it with the "mistake". The company should have a buffer fund to cover their employees mistakes that are not the customers fault. Then the sales team had the audacity to ask me to buy a car! Why would I buy a car from you where you are going to stiff me as all car dealerships do charge way above their costs...but yet you don't take care of my service and keep me as a customer by covering your mistakes!

Worst dealer in Okc area. Bought a car from them. The car was dirty on the inside they said the would have it detailed when I picked it up. Got there to pick it up and it was still dirty and gross on the inside. The excuse was " we have a young guy that does the detailing and he doesn't do a great job" They didn't get me my title for almost 4 months after I purchased the car. DONT GO HERE

I purchased the used car and within a week I had service trouble. Since the purchase has been in the shop three times requiring three separate tows and I am getting the run around about being sold a vehicle, not roadworthy. I was told they would take the vehicle back and we could start over. No one has followed through with any of the promises me I am very dissatisfied.

The reason I put 1 star was cause the salesman was cool. But this company doesn't honor their warranties. Plz don't pay extra for a tire or extended warranty! They will not honor it! Then I called the warranty company and they told me there was never a claim filed. With? Fraud?? Absolutely! The reason for not covering my tires was ORR said the car wasn't driven enough. And the 1st person said it was driven too much. Lol. What a scam. Plz don't trust this company the extended warranty and tire warranty is a scam. Driven too much? Or not enough???? It can't be both Bill The Science Guy. This is fraud if I ever heard it. On top of that they want to charge me 900+ dollars for tires. So I asked " what if it happens again?" The reply was oh they'll be under warranty! Lol. Their already under warranty. It's either drive to little or too much? The excuses are endless. Lmao!!

My initial experience was great. Thomas Jr was helpful and friendly throughout my entire walk-up test drive. Liked the car, came in the next day to talk numbers. I have never purchased a new car, but with used ones I tend to test the waters with the sales team to see how flexible they are on their pricing and how savvy they are at negotiation. This dealer failed spectacularly when I made an offer that would have still netted them a healthy profit and the response I got, word for word, was "The best deal you will get here is sticker price." (Note: The initial sales guy I talked to was not the guy that said this.)I said I will never pay sticker price, thanked the gentleman and left.If you're okay with paying sticker price and want a car fast, these guys are there to help you out. Anything less? Good luck. :)If they call me with a better offer tomorrow, we will see if this is fact, or if they're merely playing the standard sales pressure games.

I recommend anyone other than Thomas Bass. I, as a young woman and first time car buyer(also there without my father), truly felt that he got one over on me. I have since confirmed there are other women he's pulled one over on as well. He sold me a car at the new car price and it was nowhere near worth that about 2 years ago. I didn't know that until a few weeks ago when I tried to go in and trade it. I didn't go to the same dealership. I went to the west location (my dad accompanied me this time) and they were very helpful in explaining it to me. That's when we realized what was done. On the car, I still owe twice the amount that it's even worth. They told me that the car is only worth about $12-13K and I still owe almost $27K. That's crazy. They told me to go back to that dealership and see if they could work something out but I absolutely did not want his help. Another salesman tried to help and apologized on his behalf. Thomas told me i was getting all these free things like oil changes and window tinting when i was buying the car. Since I had never bought a car beforehand, of course it sounded good at the time. Not free. It's just added onto the back end. He seems nice when you work with him but he's definitely trying to figure out how to play you. Definitely don't recommend him. Ever. I gave them 2 stars due to the fact there were other people trying to help!
