I had no idea what to expect as I was going to this business. It is down a gravel road in a large building. The place was spotless. I went in to buy beef fat to make tallow. It came frozen and in already prepared 5 lb bags for $2 a pound. The meat in the case looked amazing. Service was quick and amazing.

Quality meat and service! Great value for what you get. Tried their slab of ribs and they were delish! The faculty is clean upon entering and you can even see them through a window at work with packing and slicing meat. Highly impressed.
