Called yesterday and got set up for first thing this morning. Got a call at 7:45 that they were on the way. By 8:30 I had two new springs and a perfectly working door. And for a very good price. Also with no pressure to do anything that wasn't needed. Very impressive company!!!!!

OnTrack not only provided me a direct answer on ballpark pricing when asked (without having to provide personal information or a phone number) they also handled my torsion spring replacement quickly and at reasonable cost.

When our garage door broke, we had a coworker recommend On Track. These guys could not be any nicer! They were not only very friendly, but they were also quick to come out and fix the door perfectly. They also lubricant to make the door slide easier and it's so much quieter. They then went one more step beyond and reset our garage door since someone stole our car with the garage door opener in it. Seriously one of them best companies we've used. Not just for garage door repair but any service.

Their competition recommended full replacement since the cost of the parts and labor would end up close to being the same. This company didn't think that was necessary and was able to repair the problem easy at a fraction of the cost. They guarantee their work for 30 days. They were professional, quick and felt like honest hardworking people.

The owner really helped educate me on garage door openers. He was the first of several companies I called (just to make sure I was getting the best deal). I didn't even know what questions to ask at first, but he really gave great information. No one else I talked with seemed to know much about their products or service - they were just appointment setters. I am convinced I got a good product and a good deal from a good company that will stand by their work. What more could you ask?

Jerry and his son arrived on time and did everything I asked of them. They were friendly and respectful. I had specific requests (model if opener and moving the old opener ti the shop). They were happy ti do it and were finished in no time. They also made sure I knew how ti operate the remotes and the camera before they left.
