I talked to the server before ordering my meal. They take proper precautions for gluten free food. I was able to order a GF appetizer, pasta for dinner and even a dessert ( I didn't get dessert I was so full from dinner) They bring the GF food on a different color plate so you know that's it's GF. The manager brought me my food and the server brought my finances.The food was good and I did not get sick. The server was very nice and so was the manager. The food was not badly priced, normal for a restaurant. We will come back!

The tough thing is, that I've lived in Europe for 4 years and I've never been able to enjoy American Italian food since. The food, was like every other Italian restaurant I've been to. But! The service was great. The ambiance and inside was nice. I would recommend the place for that. I came because many of my friends recommend the restaurant. My son enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs and I enjoyed the garlic bread. I had ordered a fettuccine, which I don't recommend, but again, my opinion is skewed. All my friends love it. I just wanted to say that I enjoyed the service and the ambiance was nice.

Stopped in tonight, after work. Visiting from out of town. Look at the menu of several places before picking Othello's and these options brought me in. The restaurant was pretty busy but I was seated right away. It took a minute for the waitress to come over but, in her defense, she was also taking care of everyone at the bar and it was full. Opted for the Rosemary chicken. It took a while to come out but was very good. I had doubts about the jalapeño risotto but they were unfounded - it too, was tasty. Super relaxed atmosphere. Loud because everyone was talking but not "too loud". Waited a while to be able to order a second glass of wine and for my tab. Again, though, she was busy. I get it. Plenty of parking. Fair prices. I will come back the next time I'm in town.

One word that describes Oliveto is Busy. We went at 530, and it was already jumping. I like to start with things that did not go well, and it was only one thing it was the new chocolate cake it came out freezing cold, just a minor over site, I am sure. I ordered a peach bellinibwhich was delicious. We also had the cheese bread. It came out fresh ,cheesy even the marinara sauce that accompanied the bread was good. For my entree, I ordered the chicken Primavera with no lemon butter sauce substitute angel hair pasta. Usually, when I order something with white chicken, it usually comes out dry, but not this time . The chicken was juicy and sliced for a perfect bite.

Really really enjoyed my time here food was suupppeerrrr yummy. I will for sure be coming back to try some other things. The hospitality was wonderful too so sweet. It was actually busy around 6pm which I was surprised about but I was overhearing the cook and he was on it making sure all the food got out. They had some good background music too!

One of my most favorite places to eat!! If you sit in the bar area you will receive amazing service from a spunky little brunette if she happens to be working. The place is very nice and clean,affordable pricing and the food is amazing!! The bread pudding keeps me up at night because it's so good that I dream about it. I actually want to go right now!!

Came here for a ladies night out. And just really nothing sounded great to me. Sometimes it's just like that. I was intrigued by the idea of jalapeño risotto because I love a little spice so I ordered the cedar plank salmon with the risotto. It was OK. The risotto had some heat to it, but it tasted like pizza, so it kind of threw my brain for a loop. The other ladies all ordered some sort of pasta with chicken dish of various sorts and they all said their food was absolutely delicious! So the problem may have just been me this evening lol

This place was unexpected. We got seated quickly and served right away. They have a huge menu selection. The food came out quick and the service was prompt and kind. My pasta was ok. I had to add salt and pepper. For the price I would prob try another place - this low key Italian place has a nice price tag for each meal. I will say - you do get a heavy helping of food. Maybe cut back on amount of food, add some flavor and lower the $.

Made a call to make a reservation at 6:26. I was told to couldn't make a reservation! Then I asked if I could do a call ahead! I was told no. We arrived at restaurant at 6:48. I was asked if we had a reservation. I let them know I was told they weren't taking reservations! Manager told me, "oh, we were completely booked when you called". ! I'm let him know I just called 10 minutes earlier! They all looked at each other and said "sorry". Very frustrating! Ten minutes earlier I was told the wait was 25 minutes. Now the wait time is 45 minutes! Again, very frustrating! They really need to be consistent in what they tell everyone! I understand it is Valentine's Day, but the service is not acceptable!

The service was great! My waitress made a fresh pot of coffee when I got there at 6 pm. The food came out fast and was delicious. The music was a little loud for me, but could've been worse. 10/10. Will eat here again!
