Old Magnolia Garage

Old Magnolia Garage is a cool name for this convenience store and gas station strategically located on Old 66. It is set up to serve the locals and capture Route 66 tourist business. Stocked with everything you would expect: sweet, savory salty snacks, soda, beer, fryer food, and a few Route 66 trinkets. Get there early in the day for their best and most famous offering, Arbuckle Fried Pies. Yes, those world famous crusty folded and fried pockets of fruit filled heaven. On an unwavering mission, we rounded the corner east bound on Route 66 late in the afternoon. Our destination in sight, the Old Magnolia Garage. In I go, straight to the big fried pie display case. I really wasn't expecting to find anything left at this time of the day, but there they were, two blackberry pies. Somehow, they survived the morning feeding frenzy. They were immediately adopted, along with a strawberry. Tomorrow's breakfast delight. Nope, not as good as if I had been there when they came from the fryer, but good just the same with a fresh cup of coffee the next morning. Get there early!

We been coming here for a few years , I absolutely love this place!! First off they have a drive thru !! Which is very convenient when your not trying to get out lol. They have amazing pizza !! We went back within 3 days just to get another pizza!! Of course you need to stop here for the Arbuckle Mountain fried pies!!!! They have a seasonal one now new as of 2022 strawberry!!! Go get you one!!! Your welcome !! Very convenient for any stop ! Beer , water, pop, snacks or fresh food, you name it they probably have it and if they don't you'll find something.

This is probably the best convenience store on Route 66 between Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Located in the little town of Davenport, Oklahoma right on 66 they serve a boisterous amount of hot food and have the cutest but modern atmosphere. They have some delectable coffee's comparable to Starbucks, Arbuckle fried pies made daily, call ahead pizza that is probably the best pizza in Lincoln County and a nice little cold case to boot. Super friendly staff and super clean store. 10 out of 10.

Just a great place all the way around! This small place is well put together and carries a surprisingly large assortment of items. The owners and workers are very friendly and helpful,'and make every visit a joy! The fried pies are worth a stop every time!

Great pizza and customized coffee drink selections. Convenient and Always quick to get in and out. Gas prices are much cheaper than in Chandler.

Stopped here to get an Arbuckle Fried Pie on a Sunday afternoon. They had several in the case, but they made us fresh ones. They were wonderful! Hot and flaky and perfect. The lemon one that I got was just the right amount of tart. My companions also loved the chocolate/peanut butter and peach. There was a small area where we sat to eat. The entire place including the bathrooms was very clean. Only saw one employee and he was very friendly, efficient and professional.
