Very frustrated experiences. My two sons started their 30 Minute Private Swimming Lessons early this year. After two months, their first instructor Billy left. Mara started to teach them, and after one month, Mara also left. Then we have been told they have no instructors for us. We need to wait until they hired and trained the new instructor. My two sons' lessons were CANCELED for more than two weeks. No make-up lessons are provided because they have no instructors. The school said they will refund us the fee for these two weeks. But they didn't. We waited one month and contacted the manager. Then they gave us a half month credit. I was wrong. We should leave at that time. But they said new instructors will be ready quickly. I do want my sons to swim in summer, so we stayed. Then the third one, Madelyn started her job in May. In her first two weeks, Madelyn didn't teach my sons any things. She said she was too new, and feel uncomfortable to make progress too quickly. We waited another 2-3 weeks. My two sons share one instructor before June. Then we decided to transfer one of them to another instructor (Candace). Hope one of them will get better experiences. Then, Madelyn resigned in June. No available instructors again. All my son's class have been CANCELED for another two weeks. No make-up classes, No refund. I told the school we decided to quit on July 1st. Their response is "my sons learn too slow, not pass level 4, and asked us why leave"???!!! I told them all of the bad experiences we have and ask them to resolve these issues. The school's answer is "sorry to hear this, but this is what they can do." If we leave, they need to charge 30 days fee because of their 30 days notice policy. And the last day has to be July 30th even I told them one of my sons has no instructors on July, and no classes will be provided to us from July 1 to July 15th. Again, they said there is nothing they can do. They still charged $500 for July. I contacted the manager, complained this. No response. Meanwhile, the other instructor (Candace, the one who is teaching my other son) didn't show up, and all her classes (between July 1-15) also have been canceled without any notice/explanation. Today I got an email and said Candace resigned. This is the worst customer service we have experienced. Very regret to select this swimming school for my sons. We wasted the money and time, and also were forced to pay $500 for the last 30 days with no swimming classes

I have had my children in swimming lessons with OSA intermittently for the last 4 years (started my 4 year old in the mommy-and-me at 3 months old and then 1:1 at 2 years and my 2 year old has been in lessons since she was 1.5 years old). My oldest goes once a week and can swim across a pool without assistance (just safety monitoring). My two year old can float and roll onto her back, etc. She goes 2 times a week. Here are my opinions and recommendations:The staff are all amazing with kids. I have never had an issue. And my kids have worked with many of the instructors. Love them all.The prices are all online and the company is transparent about their prices. Honestly, though, for being 1:1 with an instructor, I dont think they are that bad. Only thing I would tell a new parent is that your kid will not like their swimming lessons for 1-2 weeks. They will cry. Mine did, a lot. Just give them time to get adjusted. I personally feel that swimming lessons are very important, from a safety standpoint... plus it ends up being fun.

Wonderful place for infants and children to learn water survival skills and swimming skills that will last a lifetime! My oldest two have gone through all levels of swimming lessons and are now in advanced stroke lessons to build skills that they can carry into adulthood. The owners an instructors are thoughtful and patient and have helped my sons become confident swimmers. Highly recommend!

Honestly we can't say enough good things about this company!! We used them when our oldest was an infant for the parent tot swim program to get her comfortable in the water and had such a wonderful experience that we decided to come back!! We now do the ISR program for our daughter and are absolutely amazed with how she has progressed!! We are nearing the end of this round of lessons but we will definitely be back for normal swim lessons for her and then we will do the whole process over with our newest bundle of joy!! If you are on the edge about starting with them just do it.... we promise you won't regret it!!!!!!! They are AMAZING!!!!!

The Wednesday night adult aqua cardio class is a great workout & Jolene makes it super fun! You get a full body workout. Wish it was two days/week or a longer class.

I attend the adult water cardio class on Wednesday nights. I started going in March 2022. Love, love this class and the instructor Jolene. We all work hard and have a great time doing it. The class is 50 minutes but I feel it would be better if it was an hour long. I always look forward to go to this class.

I couldn't imagine mir wonderful coaches and cheerleaders for my children. Shannon works with my two year old and she's so patient and comforting and Cassidy is so fun and knows just when to play and when to teach with my three year old. I will be forever grateful to them.

Three months and $900 later our son still didn't even make it through ISR. I read the website and expected it to take 8-10 weeks for him to accomplish all the levels to complete survival skills but after the first month he was with a different teacher what felt like every other time we went. He is two and it takes him awhile to warm up the first instructor he was with was kind and patient with him the second Hannah would get seemingly annoyed with our son and he would just fry the whole time he was with her. Whenever we raised concerns I was greeted with 5 employees looking at me behind the counter finishing up their chatter and they all just stared one employee just kind of shrugged and offered no alternative situation. Very frustrating lack of consistency/employee turnover now we will try to find a private instructor who doesn't feel like the intentionally aren't exceeding our sons skills because that's what I felt this place did as a motive to continue gaining funds.

I would steer clear of this place. If you're going to use this company for your child's swim lessons, it's important for you to read the contract very carefully before signing up. They require you to give a written 30 day notice to stop lessons, so you're almost locked in for two months at least. At the end of one month I had to stop my son's lessons because of stomach aches he was getting. I decided to stop the lessons as a precaution, not knowing if it was related to the pool. I explained this to management, but I still had to pay for $192.00 worth of unused swim lessons for the following month. The fees are high at $192.00 for 8 or 9 fifteen-minute lessons. Something else you should know is the condition of the Hefner facility. If you're expecting the clear blue water depicted from the website pictures, you'll be disappointed. The facility is very old and the indoor pool is shared by not only other children receiving lessons but by members of the fitness club. I didn't like how it was often too loud to hear what the instructor was telling my son to do. It definitely didn't have that "private lesson" feel as one would expect for such a high price.Overall, I just wasn't pleased with this company. The instructor was good as well as the staff at the pool, but the business model was not. I would advise to think hard before committing to lessons here. If you can find a qualified teacher who gives lessons from his/her private pool at their home, I would recommend that instead. That way, there are no contracts to sign and you can get a more personalized, private lesson.
