We use Candid Color Systems for our photography lab and couldn't be happier. Great customer service and really great quality and selection of products. For the lab portion they are wholesale only so they work with professional photographers. I know they also have a photo studio you can go and get your picture taken - that is glamour shots.

Now, I wouldn't necessarily agree with Corinn - the first reviewer. And, considering our reviews are just a few days apart, she probably got the same service I did. I went on the 19th.1 star for luring me in with a Groupon and then only giving me the shoot and one picture. Anything more would have been $110 per pictures' copyright. I don't remember all of the other prices, but they were pretty dang ridiculous since I only needed one copy of each picture that I wanted. On top of my $20 that I paid, I had to pay $30 for the special effect on the picture and then tax of $3 or so.5 stars for the awesome photographer and her assistant. I really liked 20 of them!2 stars for the person that put my pictures into a video. She took 3 times longer than I was advised it would take. But she was friendly and patient with me as I picked and repicked which ones I liked.1 star because my picture will take two weeks to come in. Just the one.That brings them to a 2.25 - rounding down to a 2 Star.

The prices are INSANE!!!!! I don't know how they expect anyone to afford pictures! $50 for ONE digital image or $200 for 10 digital images is absurd!!! Advice to all, take all your pictures on your own. We did not know that we would have to pay for all of our graduation pictures. The photographs kept telling us they would take the pictures for us when we were trying to do them on our phones. Now we know why... and they didn't even post all of the pictures they took of us all!!! I hardly have any pictures from my graduation now and I can't afford to pay what they are asking for the little bit of images they actually posted. I'm sad that I hardly have any photos of the biggest accomplishment I've ever done in my life.

Highly disappointed in the graduate photos. First, their package options left much to be desired so had to order individual pictures to get what sizes, poses I needed for family members. When the pictures arrived in the mail, were in plain white envelope. No waterproof packaging, no cardboard inserts to keep package from bending--cheap customer service for what customers are ordering. Pictures were bent and frayed on edges. Worse insult is that their logo is on the front of the pictures. Who wants that? What saddens and angers me most is that this company is probably the company Oklahoma colleges use for their pictures as well. When my child graduates from college, I will take their picture or have professional photographer of my choosing take their picture in their cap and gown on their college campus.

Still waiting on my pictures after 3 1/2 weeks. Horrible customer service. I got the "they're in the mail" excuse. Texas Tech needs to find a better graduation photographer.

The photos were pretty good, but they scheduled us for the end of the day, and as a result, we were rushed out the door. Most of the employees had left, and we ended up shooting for less than half of the time we paid for, and there was only 1 instead of 2 make-up consultations. The employees clearly wanted to leave and were rushing through things.Then, to top it all off, we asked for our thirty dollar deposit back at the end of shooting instead of putting it towards additional prints. We were told by one of the three remaining employees that she just had to "do the refund", she did something on her computer, and told us the money was refunded. Lo and behold, 5 days later the money is still not in the account. I called to follow up, and was told that they had some sort of "system where we have to email our accountant" and that it could take up to a week to refund our money. Interesting how it doesn't take them a week to take the money, though.
