This is the most unprofessional government department I have seen in my whole life. No customer service at all. I was on hold for FOUR hours and once someone answer was told I should have push 2 instead of 1 for the information I was seeking. Instead of transferring me I had to call back and select 2. Right now I have been on hold now for THREE hours and they are about to closed. I have moved back to Texas so no way I can go to the office in person and take another day off from work for nothing. This is so so unprofessional to be an government office. Wish I didn't have to give any stars because they do not deserve that. As an veteran of the US Army this office really make the State looks bad. If I knew who was over it I would call them, but no one would answer. SHUT IT DOWN. So sorry!Veteran Who Serve their Country

I have called every single day for the last week and have yet to get through to an actual person. On Friday, I decided to see just how long I would be left on hold before 5 o'clock came around and they were closed. 4hrs 17 min is the answer. Complete BS for an extra $50 fee no one disclosed 10 years ago when I got the ticket. Fix your sh*t Oklahoma.

How does this department justify their existence? 6 hours on hold with no sign of anybody picking up. Multiple calls made during posted business hours over the course of 2 weeks, not one call answered. No option to pay fees online or over the phone. When you mail the payment (I had delivery verification), they just sit on it indefinitely. If you're from out of state and you get caught in one of their revenue generating speed traps (they like to set up on freeway off-ramps and ticket you for "speeding" when you're still in the process of slowing down), you have NO OPTIONS. Best option is to NEVER GO TO OKLAHOMA.

The only reason I am deducting a star from this location is because they are bound by the way the state has set up the licensing program. Their system overall is very dysfunctional. Please take notes from Indiana. We went to this location after having a horrific experience at the location off I-240. Avoid the pain and don't go to that one, but this one instead.We were at the counter within 25 minutes of getting our tickets at the door. The girls were sarcastic, which I very much enjoy. My husband walked up after the other agent's client walked away and the four of us had a pleasant transaction. It was pretty quick and painless. We then sat down for a couple of minutes before being called up to pay. There was a computer issue that slowed down that process, but she was very pleasant as well. I will definitely go back to that location if I have to make another trip to the license branch.

How can you be so incompetent. Went to the walk in place in OKC on the I240 service road. At 7 am they already had a "several hour" wait.Other states can process Real ID in the DMV and do it in minutes. You can't get an appointment at the contracted tag agencies. They are already booked to capacity. What is wrong with Oklahoma? Do you need to send someone to a more competent state to figure out how to do your licensing job in a more efficient manner?If it's a staffing issue, then your pay is too low.Get your head out of your ass Oklahoma and get to work!

This is a 0 star review. They don't every answer the phone and if you try to email them, they just send an automated email a month and a half later that isn't helpful at all. Had me on hold for over an hour multiple times.

Zero stars . Have called every day for 2 weeks and waited on hold for up to 6 hours every time and no one has ever answered the phone. How is anyone supposed to take care of business if they can't answer questions. And a $25 dollar fee for paying online with a credit card???? What a joke .
