Oklahoma City Limo A Perfect Limousine and Car Service

paid $700 to ride in a hot box!!! no air conditioning in the tahoe limo!! they know the air dont work but will still rent this out to a large party. it was over 90 degrees inside this vehicle and the company did not care! they were just mad about the reviews given!!!!do not rent from them!!! low class, low standards, no resolutions, horrible customer service when trying to resolve things but they will sicker you in, in the beginning! just beware!! 00000 stars!!!

Worse service in Oklahoma City. Booked Dee twice, one in May for my friend's birthday and when the bus arrived, half of the ceiling was hanging down. Charles (chauffeur)was on FaceTime with Dee and their solution to the problem was to tape the ceiling. July 16, I booked him for my birthday and when Charles arrived, the A/C in the bus was not working and Charles attempted to convince us to get in the bus with hot air blowing not cold. He kept arguing that the bus was blowing air but could not understand the temperature that night was 95 degrees at 9:30pm and loading 15 passengers would only make it worse with body heat even if we were going straight to our destination (10 mins from our pick up location. I booked the bus from 9:30pm-2:30am. I called Dee and he came on location and agreed the bus was too hot. They were going to go attempt to get the bus fixed and stated he would keep me updated. I asked him if he could not get the bus fixed if he could help me at the end of the night getting everyone back to the pick up location since we had a group of 15 and getting multiple Ubers at 2am could be an issue. Never heard from him all night, I ended getting another limo to come pick us up and at 1:50 am I get a call from one of his drivers that they were in bricktown to pick us up, would have been nice to know from Dee so I wouldn't have to arrange transportation for us.With all being said, I have text messages from our conversations with him agreeing to refund my money since he only provided a 10 min ride back to our vehicle at the end of the night. I attempted to communicate with him and the only response I would get from him when I would ask about the refund would be "copy" and "have forgotten " I sent him a request for payment on cashapp and he did not send the money back. He is not responding to my calls or messages anymore. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A THIEF.

Wonderful Customer Service! John and JoAnn were so helpful & I would highly recommend their professional yet caring service. I needed to get my daughters to my father's funeral & they were both impacted by airline delays & cancellations the night before the funeral. I had to keep changing the pickup time for the car to meet my daughter at the airport and A Perfect adjusted each time without a complaint or threat of not making the pickup. It was a very stressful time for me but I'm so grateful that I had reserved the car service through A Perfect - they reassured me that my daughters would be well taken care of and safely brought to our hotel. Finding a company this trustworthy was a blessing to my family.

The best limousine service in OKC! I travel for business into the Okc metro area often enough to appreciate a good car service and APerfect Limo does not disappoint! the drivers are knowledgeable about the layout of the city and very courteous.
