OKC Twister Cab

My drivers name was Syed. He was nice, talked with me, as able to use card for purchase, drives safely, inexpensive ($2.45 per mile), nice experience!Will be calling twister cab service and I'll ask for syed in the future!

Abit disappointed when I called 9ish, put on voice mail, ended up getting a ride with the owner of the business but when I called again, Marcus, showed up at the requested time, friendly and courteous!

Stay far away. Scary experience and was way over charged. Driver became very hostile toward me because I wouldn't pay in cash

Avoid this cab company like the plague. The driver we had did not help with the bags from the curb to the back of the car. He left the bags in the street behind the cab when we got to the airport. When I wrote a bad review, the response was barely readable and he called me a liar. He called me out for a poor tip. I ask you, would you tip if the service was sub par? I think not.Customer service was horrible.If this company doesn't want to give rides to the airport early in the morning, they shouldn't offer them.

The worst cab company I've ever worked with. They are overpriced, and Unreliable. They have showed up an hour or more late on multiple occasions. One time, They told Me that they had a driver headed my way. After a 40 minute wait, I called them and They told Me that They didn't even have a car on the way. If you want to be late for work, These are Your guys...

Very very very bad service. I asked at least 3 drivers for a ride to a nearby hotel at the Will Rogers Airport and they all refused. All they did was point fingers to go with that guy and this guy go with that guy. At the end all they did was argue with each other. When I was walking by their cars or vans they stunk pretty bad too. Don't use this company ever

The worse cab company ever I dont see how they are in business, I took them to my hotel and they charged me 20 dollars. I called them last night and asked them if they can pick me up in the morning and the guy I talked to took my info and said yes that they will be there to pick me up at 5:30 am I waited and they weren't their I called them and the guy came and he charged me 30 dollars and he made me late for my bus crappy service. DONT USE THIS CAB.

thieves. stay away from this company. the cab smelled like an extremely bad case of body odor. driver demanded cash for payment halfway through the trip. i realized then that he had never turned on the meter. stealing from his own company. he complained about his life, wife, 4 kids and kept asking me for money. he aslo told me the cc machine was broken and would to use his phone. he didnt have the proper square reader. he hand typed my cc info and then asked me for my zip code. the theif overcharged me. once i began to call the police the ride was free. these people are dangerous. stay away

NEVER book this company from the airport. They do not disclose that they have a $40 minimum from the airport, regardless of time. I was charged $40 for a 15 minute drive that would have cost $15 with Uber or another car service. Maybe $20 with an ETHICAL cab company. I'll be reporting them to the BBB.
