AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Called 6 hours in advance to schedule a ride for 1 person just to go across town practically at 5 pm. When no one called or showed, I called back--again, and again, until someone answered--they have an alternate phone number they use, like a Google voice number or something--very confusing. So, the guy on the phone (same one who took my reservation) said the guy in the cab "forgot" and apologized profusely---fine, honest mistake, only 15 min late, right? NO--so when he said he'd send someone else and that they'd be there in about 10 min (mind you, this is MINUTES away from where I work), I figured he was like around the corner, give or take, since it was rush hour...I waited in the cold and dark until about 5:45. A coworker saw that I WAS STILL WAITING, as I get off work at 5, and offered to give me a ride home. I was convinced that was my only option at that point, as when we pulled out of the parking lot after 5:45, I STILL hadn't seen anyone else pull up and received no phone call...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...do not use...call me and I'll give you a ride if I can!!!
