Okc Kayak

New to Kayaking. Drove up from Norman to purchase a PFD. Met the owner of the place. SUPER nice guy. Helped me with a fitting. Also, $40 cheaper than online or BassPro. OKC kayak beats everyone in price and most importantly SERVICE. I will not buy Kayak related stuff from anyone else than OKC Kayak. Thanks so much.

We were new to kayaking and this was the perfect place to help us get started. Melissa was so welcoming and helpful. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to help us get out and ready to enjoy our new hobby. We purchased our first 3 kayaks from Okc Kayak and I can't recommend them enough. We will definitely be customers for life!

Little to no help with horrible service. I expressed my concern on their okc kayak page which I was just helping another kayaker pick their first kayak and recommend somewhere else to get one and they just deleted it and blocked me from the page. they did not tell me they did they just want to keep all of the people who constantly talk good about them. they are not as good as they seem they delete any feedback on fb that they dont like. they are fake be careful. oh these guys know they are the only 100% kayak shop in okc so they are expensive compared to other retailers in other states. do your research if your a first timer. dont let these guys talk you into $1000 plus dollar kayak when you've never been on the water in one.

My experience with them has been extremely disappointing. I was quoted one price on a very high-end kayak and then told a higher price the next day when I came in to purchase it. I was told more or less that I was lying about the previously quoted price. Then they backed out on a discount offered to me previously by renting a kayak from them that would then apply to the purchase of any kayak from their store. They informed me it had to be within 30 days of the rental which was never revealed when I first paid for the rental. Overall a very disappointing experience to be treated as a liar when trying to give them business. Never expected to get bait-and-switch tactics from a local OKC establishment. I would definitely suggest buying from some place other than OKC Kayak, even if that means not shopping locally.

People here are very friendly and very helpful. I'm new to the yak world and they didn't treat me like an idiot or disrespectful like a few other places I have been as a Newby. Bought a used kayak and a roof rack system and have been very happy with everything so far. After looking around the roof rack I bought is overpriced here, but the helpful staff and friendly service didn't make me have regrets on my purchase.

After renting one of their fishing kayaks and trying it out on Wes Watkins Lake, I decided to buy. I got a good discount on a Demo model and couldn't be happier with the kayak and the service. They even honor the 1 year warranty even though it is a used model. If you ever thought about kayaking, for fun or fishing, definitely check this place out.

Just spoke with them on the phone looking for a kayak and they were above and beyond with their helpfulness and kindness.

Want a kayak? This is the best. (And only ) source in OKC. Dave offers the best prices (seriously, check for yourself) you'll find plus the best service. I wanted a reliable tandem for me and my daughters. I was able to demo the Jackson Big Tuna at one of his many demo days events. I bought it the moment the boat was put I to production. I got it for $200 less than I can find it for online. Plus, if I have questions, I simply ask Dave. It's a great buying experience. Trust in OKC kayaks.
