I lived on property they managed.I gave 30 day notice and moved out .Property was clean clean Apartment was renovated They charged me 150$ for paint touchup ??25$ for light bulb idk maybe one burned out.You will not get your full deposit if you get any , they are a gonna get your money.They change contract too much

Tenant complaint: I've had several maintenance/property issues that they refuse to resolve. Everytime I've spoken with them, they've been passive aggressive on the phone and unprofessional. I'm a good tenant. I pay my rent ahead of time, I'm quiet and have lived here through 2 property managers before them. They are awful.

I set up an appointment to view one of their only 2 available homes. The appointment was confirmed and I received an email saying such. 2 days later I received an email canceling the appointment. Ok, fine no problem right? Well, I continued to see the home advertised on multiple sites so I emailed them back telling them so. They apologized and said they had to take the listing down for site maintenance or whatever and said the home was still available since they hadn't received a deposit from the other person yet and asked if I still wanted to see it. So...like an idiot I said yes I still wanted to see it. I show up for my original appointment and nothing. No one showed up. No one called or emailed. Nothing. Blessing in a disguise from the condition of the outside of the property, my experience with them so far, and other people's reviews. I am so glad they apparently don't want my money. From viewing the outside of the property they do not maintain things and you will have headache upon headache if you move into one of their properties.
