OKC Green Taxi

Airport to my house was $56 not including tip. The distance is 15 miles with average traffic, no odd stops or detours. Uber and left estimates between $14 and $18... Why does anyone take a traditional cab again? My fault for switching it up. Going back to Uber and Lyft here on out. The driver was fine and did what she normally does and I commend her on a service well provided but I just can't wrap my head around such a high variation in price.

Reserved OKC Green Taxi 2 days before I needed them to show at a specific date/time. No one showed up...called Uber instead. Thanks for nothing!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TAXI SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! If you value your life, stay the heck away from this service. I came to OK City for the first time to visit family i hadn't seen in years. I called OKC Green because the page looked well-done, reviews were fine, cars seemed well-kept. My first driver was a basket case, a woman with real mental problems who COULD NOT DRIVE! She had NO business having a license or driving any other human being in a taxi, and she was new to town, so she knew little of the area. She kept having anxiety break downs and calling her boyfriend/fellow driver for help. She had no answers on how to charge for an extended or errand running trip. Did i say, she could not drive? Or park, or SEE very well. The 2nd driver was equally a nightmare. He could not speak english sufficiently, had no map search to find our location, and was 45 mins late. He appeared DRUNK also, and drove erratically weaving back and forth across highway lanes, seeming to almost pass out a couple of times, tail gaiting within just a car or 2 lengths, slamming breaks narrowly avoiding disaster several times, AND going past the exit to make the trip longer. It was a miracle my family and i arrived in one piece. The next morning, i called a driver who was ok and said he'd be on call to the airport. He at the LAST minute, has dispatch send another taxi, and this woman has her creepy, unkempt looking BOYFRIEND sitting in the passengers seat, and says he's there with her when she works. I tell her NO @#$#ing way, and tell her and her weirdo bf to take a hike! Thank goodness i was not in hurry to the airport and could wait for my hotel to send a cab from another company. ADVICE in OK - if you're going any real distance or needing a taxi for more than one trip, look good and carefully, and ideally meet the driver before you commit (find one at the airport in the line). Get a towncar!!! Do NOT use OKC Green. Of 60 drivers in their company, the 3 i had were a complete and total nightmare.

We used Green Taxi for a change and it won't be the last time. On time pickup is important when going to a Dr appt. Our driver ,Patty, was very nice and stayed in the area for the trip home. I felt like I had made a friend and will certainly call for her again.Thanks Patty for taking the bumps easy ...

1. Called them about 1 am today. Arranged for 3 am pickup. Taxi calls me and said he's at destination. I told him to come to pickup 1st not destination. 2. He tells me he's almost out of gas and left his wallet at home and asks me to buy gas. I didn't. I refused. 3. Halfway to my destination he turns off on street not even close to destination. Miles away. 4. Get to destination. I am wheelchair bound. He gets so close to curb I have to hop on my butt on the ground. He doesn't even offer to maneuver taxi so I can get into my wheelchair, just watches me go from taxi to ground, then have to hop up onto curb to reach my wheelchair. 5. Argues with me about who's blame it is on him being late for pickup, almost 30 minutes late.6. Could go on and on, not enough room.

UNRELIABLE. I reserved a taxi so that when I came into the Oklahoma City Airport I would not have to worry about obtaining one at the airport at a higher cost, but the taxi never arrived. I called several times but received no answer. I finally had to use the Airport Express Taxi service and was really glad that I did; the driver was very friendly and the cost was the same as Green Taxi. The same driver for Airport Express Taxi even came and picked me up over a week later for my return flight home. I am not sure what happened with Green Taxi service but, since they wouldn't even answer my phone calls when they were a "no show", I cannot recommend them.

what a disaster! I searched online for a nearby taxi service that could run my elderly mom to Walmart and back, which is a mile from her home, several times a week. Driver shows up and says that he wants $20 for showing up because he had to drive 7 mi. to her house. He made the point that this fare was not worth his time. He said that I need to coordinate with the dispatcher to find a taxi that happens to be sitting nearby otherwise it's not worth anybody's time. wow! I didn't know I needed to coordinate all this just to call a taxi for my mom. or that I owe these taxi drivers a living and not to bother them unless it's an $80 fare. I'm not in San Franciso, I don't know why my account says that. This happened in OKC.

This guy told me it would be a couple of dollars to take the turnpike. He was driving dangerously fast and charged me 70.00 when the taxis service in the morning was 24.00 for the same distance Beware of this company very dishonest !!!!!!

This cab company left me stranded for two hours before i finally called another cab.!!! They would not answer their phone and never called me to let me know they werent showing up !! They knew i was ill and still treated me this way do not use them ! They have absolutely no reguard for their customers or people in genral!!! It was bologna!!!!!!
