OKC Appliance King

Appliance king did great work for me on my washer and dryer more than once. I left messages for them to repair my refrigerator. Either they're closed or they have so much business they don't need mine because they haven't responded to any of the messages.

OKC Appliance King was assigned by our home warranty to service our refrigerator ice maker. Scott called promptly the next day, asked a few questions to clarify the issue and said he would call that evening to give us a 1hr time window for service. As promised, received a call that night with a scheduled time between 2:45pm-3:45pm. Scott called and said he was on the way and arrived early in the time window right at 2:45pm. He was very pleasant and walked in with a brand new ice maker in box for the replacement. He very quickly swapped out the unit and was completely finished within 10 minutes. Could not have been more pleased. Thanks.
