Offroad Addiction

Set an appointment for 3 weeks out because they said that's the soonest they have. I gave them a deposit and they said it would be a 4 hour job max. I was fine with that, was a simple strut replacement and I had the parts already. I brought my truck in day off appointment and they didn't touch it the whole day, and then called me an hour before close on a Friday and wanted to keep my truck till Monday. I called to talk to a manager or owner and luckily I was able to speak with one of the owners name Rob. Well, all Rob did was try to make excuses and deny accountability. Poor business practices. Stay away they are liars.

Offroad Addiction has been a Fantastic shop to deal with! I have utilized them now multiple times for both purchases on parts and labor for installs. The staff is very knowledgable and very friendly, always willing to explain things and make suggestions. I would suggest them to anyone wanting quality parts at competitive prices for any offroad vehicle.

First, let me say that I do everything I can to support small businesses and I have never gone online to give any business a bad review. Now I am making an exception.In August, I took my CJ7 into Off-Road Addiction to get the front and worked on. They replaced the steering shaft and tie rod assembly. I was quoted $645.00 for the job but was charged over $800. That's just part of the problem which I will address in a moment.About 3 weeks after the repairs (our first jeeping trip after the repairs), my wife and I towed the vehicle to Telluride Colorado to go on some mountain trails. About a mile into our first (Imogene pass with about a 500 foot drop off the cliff) our steering assembly fell apart and I had NO steering. Got the vehicle stopped a few feet from the edge. Luckily some other Jeepers were behind us and helped us get off the mountain.When we got back home, I had the front end repaired again at another garage in Yukon and I took the faulty part to show the guys at Off-Road Addiction. I have asked for my money back on the part only. I didn't ask for the entire amount I paid. That was in September and I've heard nothing from Offroad addiction. I have called several times and not received a call back.In the past few years I've had this company do several things to my Jeep and my F250. Every time my cost was about 20-25% higher than what I was quoted. Buyer beware! I'm not going back.

Where do I begin? Was quoted 600 for a lift kit... they broke 2 tps sensors , made me pay for them, put short valve stems on a dually truck, didn't offset valve stems (makes it damn near impossible to air tires up) told me my 37" Mud terrains were 6 ply (that's the side wall) my tires are actually 10 ply. I walked away paying 1500.

This place should be shut down! They will NOT stand behind their work. We spent over $3,000 in gear work and less than 2 years it's gone! They only could careless about their customers, once they got your money your NOTHING to them.

I want to take a minute and give a real review from an avid off-roader. We have 3 rigs and use them regularly. I have been doing a lot of my own work on them from the get go. However, when it comes to the fine details and the overly complicated situations I run into, I turn to these guys. Rob, the shop forman, really know his craft. I took my buggy to them with some real concerns that no one could figure out. They not only figured it out, they have my buggy running better than it ever has. I am hugely grateful and incredibly impressed with them. Two thumbs way up. I will use them over and over again. Thank you!

Bought a new cloth-top for our Jeep through Offroad. They were very helpful and patient with me. Called in less than a week to let us know it was there. I scheduled an appointment to have them put the top on. We had it there by 8:30, and it was ready by 4 the same day. I've been in a total of four times to order, pay for, drop off and pickup. I have always been promptly greeted and treated respectfully. Love being able to patronize local businesses, and this is one that is conducting their business in a professional, courteous way, and I would not hesitate to use them again. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY WISE AND ELSEWHERE!Less than 0 stars given after I have spent over 9,000$ and several months trying to rectify the problems they have caused. They have installed incorrect parts and discarded mine so I could have them re-installed, even though I came up within a half a business of work being done with significant problems. They have drug me on for months and have caused damage to my truck only to continue to give the run around.

Mirroring what others have said unfortunately. Poor service and not able to deliver on expectations. Husband took truck in to have some work done and was told it could be done same day. 3 days later we are still without his vehicle. Broke a part that they had to wait on- charged us to replace the part they the broke. It was picked up yesterday but quickly realized they never actually did the oil change that we were charged for and told was done. Had to go back this morning to get oil change done and 3hrs later still sitting in waiting room because they didn't have the right filter. They have not offered any type of credit or adju for our time wasted and still have not provided quality service to get the job done. Edit: changing to 3 stars- all the people worked with were very nice but unfortunately the actual service was subpar and not worth the price paid. The owner Mike did call after the review was made and offered an apology and future free oil change which is appreciated, but just a little too late.

This place is a joke. The service is terrible, Mike the owner isn't friendly, nor does he stand behind what he does.Go somewhere else!
