Great location, wonderful maintenance team and very knowledgeable office staff! The new manager is great! Wonderful place to live!

Not worth it, zero stars. I lived in this complex for 6 months and terminated my lease early. The windows molded to a severity it started making my throat sore, the shower had an odor that was difficult to keep controlled, and they never picked up the dog poop left from other residents. It was disgusting to walk past mounds of poop just to get to my door. The first night I moved in, the air conditioner leaked completely under the walls and onto the floors.I terminated my lease early, in April 2022... it is now December 2022 and I HAVE NOT received my security deposit back nor other expenses that I need refunded. I have been calling this complex since June to get my money back and every time I call - the regional manager Shannon is no where to be found. I cannot get any real answers from them as to WHY I have not gotten my money back. It's always "we don't have an update, sorry, will call you back this week FOR SURE" (eye roll). I have been patient for half a year and still have not gotten my money back. Lorie, the current office manager, has "promised" to return my calls with updates 3 times now over the course of a few months. I understand business gets busy - however, I have been extremely patient and understanding for more than enough time (8 months total). Would not recommend this complex to anyone.

Don't bother looking at these apartments. I drove 30 minutes out of the way for a scheduled and confirmed appointment to tour one of their units. When I arrived, the leasing office was locked and they would not answer the office phone. Don't waste your time, don't waste your gas. This apartment doesn't deserve anyones business.

Garbage apartments, we've had something break once a month since living here, one thing being our ac which did not get fixed for two days during the summer. Have to continuously have maintenance come out to fix the same issues over and over again. The office workers are never in the office. You can call for two days and get nobody to answer the phone, I tried going up there past opening hours and nobody was there. Extremely limited storage space even for an apartment and not worth the 760$ we pay a month for one bedroom.

Was a great place to be until I started noticing people messing with my car at night being loud etc . You will even contact the management about the issues you have and they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help they hardly ever respond . People speed going through the complex while kids are around and they do nothing about it . They also are kinda rude for management in my opinion they just make it seem like they don't wanna be there let alone help you smh . I have 2 more months sadly and I would rather move then stay in my opinion . I would definitely not recommend living here at all it's a shit show from the start . I also owe my bank 800 dollars in overdraft fees because if you have more than one card saved on your rent portal (which is a joke) they use the card that has 50 dollars rather the card that has the full amount of rent on it and will also tell you there is nothing you can do about it . No big deal just saying I wouldn't move here . Sorry not sorry . Terrible management and last but not least the mowers arrive at 9:00 A.M and leave at 8:00 P.M leaf blowing and mowing literally nothing they will sling rocks at your cars without a car in the world ‍ definitely don't recommend

It's in a great location but other than that this place is terrible. Loud neighbors, mold problem, and a rude manager. My neighbors would fight and yell all the time and I constantly had to call the police and the apartment never did anything. They'll find anyway they can to take money from you. They didn't have an updated copy of my renters insurance so instead of reaching out to me and asking for the updated copy they decided to charge me over $200 and kept putting on late fees and said there's nothing they can do even though I had renters insurance the entire time and had proof. When I moved out I had a $0 balance and then a month later I get a letter in the mail from a debt collector saying I owe them $95, but the apartment complex never sent me anything to notify I owed them more money. Save your time and find a different place. The manager Jenny is completely rude and it's impossible to even have a conversation with her. Do not live here.

The best apartment complex I have lived in! The office staff is super sweet and accommodating and the maintenance man is the best-every time I've made a request he gets there the same day, is very kind, and does a quick thorough job! Haven't had any issues with noise or disturbances!
