I absolutely loved this scenery to park my home. The park is rather large with a place for children to play, wash clothes and even WiFi! Surrounding the park are fields that cattle graze in. They'd pop up in the late evenings or mornings. I loved walking around and talking to the cows in the other side of the fence. Being on the end of a road, we seemed to have plenty of space from our neighbors. It was a bit muddy though so we had to play around with where we parked our car. It's conveniently off Route 66 and only 5 minutes or so from downtown Chandler, which is also quite charming. I'd definitely come back and hopefully stay much longer.

Reasonable rates, nice showers, clean laundry facilities, friendly management. Excellent place if you're passing through or staying for a while.

We stayed here for 3 months and I have to explain why I'm giving them a to as an overall star rating. Although they had plenty of slots that were pull through or back in I have to say that the grounds could use a little work. We stayed close to what they would call the showers which is next to the playground. It was a nice attempt on their part to have a bathroom / shower but there were only two of them and it leaves something to be desired. Although the water pressure is extremely high oh, it blew out three of my hoses even with a flow valve. Not more than a hundred yards away is the septic cesspool Lake that accepts all the RV parks sewage. Although it has to go somewhere it's not a good idea to have your Park so close to the outlet for sewage especially when a tent or RV backs up to the actual Lake itself. There are a lot of full-time rvers or mobile home owners there that have dogs and my biggest complaint was that for the entire 3 months we were there I was not able to write or get any work done in my novels due to the constant barking of dogs throughout the day and Into the Night, sometimes even midnight when quiet hours are after 9 p.m. . The owners are nice however little is done to control the noise level. There needs to be some serious maintenance done on the electrical systems for each one of the stations. Before I moved in I was informed that I needed to protect my RV somehow because they had power surges or power outages a lot. I found out that it wasn't just power surges or power outages it was the actual box itself blowing out RV due to loose connections. Thankfully I had my own power surge and I knew something about electricity and took precautions. I will highly recommend you lock up everything as I do anyway but still highly recommend you to lock up literally everything you own, enough said there. The office has a nice little store where you can buy beer and other things and you can do your laundry in the very small laundromat that's inside the office however it's very clean. The owners live on the property which is a plus but I wished the office would be open at 9 a.m. instead of later in the days work week. The ranch is very reasonable, easy to pay, and they accept Good Sam as well as military. There are a few hidden gems such as a large walking area for your animals should you have any dogs they want to play in the park or you can take a trek down to the lake it's not too far. The WiFi on the other hand was literally non-existent. As an author and publisher, I needed phone access as well as internet access and I can honestly say that Chandler, Oklahoma has the worst internet and cell phone service on the planet. I was always on roaming or was unable to connect to any of the internet or my cell phone just to make a phone call. I highly suggest that the phone companies get in there and put some Towers up because it is literally non-existent or a blackout area. In keeping up with the tradition of animals, the park does allow pets as long as you control them. I have a 157 pound dog but stays inside, and the park requires a leash if you walk your animals, however I have seen on many occasion where pet owners are allowing their animals to roam freely causing other pet owners difficulty in controlling their animal. I have also noticed that many owners do not clean up after their animal and that poses a serious health problem. If you have to have your animal do its business at least go far enough away from the camp so that the black mosquitoes won't have a place to Fester their eggs otherwise clean up after your pet. The next thing is that if you can't keep your animal quiet put a muzzle on it. For 3 months I lost a lot of sleep and was unable to do a lot of work because they were barking dogs literally 20 hours of the day. The site has decent roads however they are very muddy or kick up a lot of rocks and dirt, it is highly suggested that they pave or grade the roads on a monthly basis in order to keep them straight, flush, and drivable without it looking like a River Canyon. for those of you that want to park underneath trees, I highly suggest that you have insurance to cover your rig or vehicles. The trees in this region are very brittle and in my case one fell on our RV and we had to have another removed before it fell on my wife's car. There is a lot of Wildlife in the area which makes it nice if you want to feed the squirrels or the Birds. We had the pleasure of seeing a lot of it to include hummingbirds. I can't say too much about the area that we were in as far as good because most of the time we were either being eaten by black mosquitoes, trees falling, dogs barking, or the smell of sewage. Thank you for allowing us to stay for the three months we did anyway.

The front of the park looks great but once you turn the corner it's drug central. There are constant cars coming in and out as if it's a race track. If you have children or pets or anything positive about yourself, find another park! It's fine for just a night but any longer than that it's awful.

We stayed for 3 nights. I understand a park needing regular income thus the number of full timers and long term residents. Having said that, the park is guilty of deferred maintenance to the road and pull through sites. It rained the day we arrived and the roads were a muddy mess. A few tons of gravel would go along way. Trying to park a fifth wheel even in a pull through was difficult. Also, Pull through spaces are very close together. Virtually no room for chairs or bbq. The barking dogs are a BIG issue as well as the garbage outside of some of the permanent residents. All in all, if I was passing through I might stay for one night. That would be it

Good - Nice owners. Park is fairly well kept. A few pull-through sites that make it easy to get parked. Close to some dining and walmart. Reasonable price. Not so good - almost continual barking dogs!! Full-timers drive 40 mph down the gravel/dirt roads in park. Quite a bit of noise from route 66.Run down trailer park in back of RV park.I would definitely recommend this park for an overnight stop but not for any stays much longer if you're looking for a quiet place or work from your rv.
