PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE going. I really am appalled by this company. The condition of my home was poor for what I paid. It is so poorly done and just slopped together that I don't even know how it was approved to be delivered. they brought the wrong color. The thing I got to choose wasn't done right. I decided to keep it because they were just going to paint it. The front door would not lock and someone had to come out to fix that. windows outside are not caulked. counter top had glue where they glued it together instead of using a non damaged piece. cabinets are not even put in right. nails just sticking out of the floor. Cabinets not caulked to walls. Three of the doors don't shut. The tub is cracked. The shower runs even when it is off so I can't even live there. The people who built it were so lazy that they didn't even cut the sheet rock where the hot water tank is so its just all jagged. This is not right, I am paying 90K for this mobile home. The sinks are so cheap they are plastic. No garbage disposal either. There's caulking all around everywhere on the walls because they painted before they put the caulking on. There is glue that is not cleaned off of the counter tops. It's really so bad that I want someone to come out to see all of the piss poor construction that went on while building this home. I wish the mortgage company could do something about it. I should be able to get out of this if they don't hold up their end of the bargain because it is just not fair. I really think they should have returned the mobile home and brought me another one for how bad this is. I took 90 pictures of damages. Carpet stains in bedrooms. marks on ceiling with marker. Damages to cabinets. The people that work there do not really care either. They just say' "Oh it came from the manufacturer like that." That may be the case but IT IS STILL THE COMPANY THAT YOU WORK FOR that delivered such a poorly constructed home. I will be posting pics and probably be adding to this at a later time. Today they were telling me to pull permits and never discussed that with me beforehand and they've already done the AC without a permit. I have no idea what I'm doing and this is the first time I've bought a mobile home and they are just not telling me anything beforehand and they're just so unorganized. It's been a month since delivery and I am still NOT in my home. I am paying for two places because of a water leak that they are taking forever to fix. And they DO NOT care if you're waiting on them. They got the water leak fixed finally but I haven't heard when they'll fix all of the damage inside. No one told me that I'd have to get one permit and so I just didn't know what to do. And now the mechanical inspection has failed so now they'll have to come back out.We are here going into April and I am still not in my home. They were having issues getting the skirting on, but got it done. I still have not heard from anyone about the Failed inspection. This is literally a nightmare, I would rather just have them come and take their poorly constructed home back to where it came from than go through this. I want to know what the owner would do if this happened to them.So I called the city today and they said I cannot move into my home until all inspections are passed and two months the trailer has been sitting there and I really just don't even know what to do anymore. I wish they would just pick it up so I could go elsewhere to buy a home.It took almost 4 mos to get all inspection done. Now I am seeing multiple cracks in the ceiling and one is leaking since it rained. I have already told them about that one and they haven't come out. And I still haven't had my cracked tub replaced. They switched contractors on me and put me at the end of the list after I was already on one. And they said they only have 1 contractor. So contractor came and said they used two different colors of paint on my ceiling. And now they won't fix any of the damage in these photos. They claim they already fixed it.Go to my oak creek homes nightmare on FACEBOOK!

If only I could give NO star!! This company is a scam. They lie to you constantly. My daughter had a home delivered October 2022 and they still are not able to live in it even though they are making payments on it plus they're still making payments on where they're living at currently. When they delivered the so-called manufactured home, it was completely torn up. They took the worst possible roads to make it to their house. When there was a Highway they should've taken straight to their house. They even got it stuck for several hours. By the time they made it to the location, it was dark. But this company they hired to deliver it had no idea what they were doing. There was a young kid probably 16 years old running the equipment. Two weeks go on, and my daughter calls the salesman that sold her this money pit Wanting to know when someone would be there to put the home together, as well as all the other things that go along with preparing a home to live in. So another two weeks goes by a man shows up fixes a few things and leaves, another two weeks ago by. My daughter calls again. Another week goes by they send 1 person (a contractor) he works on the house for about 3 days. He tells them there's nothing more he's able to do and the house needs major work done to it. The house is warped. None of the windows will open. The doors don't shut all the way. Y'all, it's a mess! This should be against the law! Shame on you Oak Creek Homes, or should I call them Oak Creek shacks. It's a shame to spend $180k and have a home that's not in anyway livable. The manager called her 2 weeks ago promising someone would be there the next week to fix EVERYTHING and apologized to her. This will be the beginning of week 3. Wonder if he literate and knows how to count. I mean a call from him saying he couldn't get anyone those 2 weeks would've been so thoughtful. But nothing. Again, shame on you Oak Creek Homes OKC!!!

Oak Creek homes are beyond badly built. 96,000.00 piece of junk. It literally looks like it was built by a group of kids. There were many places where there is no paint. There was construction debris under lanolium and under laminate, so there are bumps on the counter tops, and all over the floor throughout the home. I'd like to give it no stars, but if it makes me, it gets one!! Beware. Stay away from Oak Creek homes!!! MAKE ME GIVE IT ONE STARTING TO POST!!

Oak Creek is the worst home I've ever lived in. I so regret buying it. David Holly and his wife were the sales people I dealt with in Oklahoma City, OK. David was a liar on so many levels. We've had roof problems, siding falling off and water leaking underneath the house as well as carpets being very loose. The back door allows water in during a rain. The dining room windows hum when the wind blows , they do not stop the wind from blowing in. This house is very poorly constructed. I found a lot of debris in the attic as I was fixing the solar tube, which wasn't installed correctly. STAY AWAY from OAK CREEK and David and Sandy Holly.

I have been an OakCreek home owner for 4 months now! My family started this process by looking all over Oklahoma and even in Sherman Texas. We decided to select a plan right for us and made some changes to make it serve our needs even better. Don Houston was very adapt and knowledgeable in getting everything worked out. We spent a lot of our time and his time, but he was always polite and very helpful. My family was in the building business for over 40 years, so we checked the materials and workmanship that were put into our home. The home was built as the specs and contract read. One must remember a manufactured home is just like a stick built home on site, you get what you put into it as far as money spent. We were very satisfied and upgraded many things that were important to us.It is a beautiful home and when they set it up, their contractors went to great lengths to make the interior and exterior as ordered. They paid great attention to detail. It is on a lake and we hope to make many family and friend memories there. Matt, the manager, also assisted us with anything and everything to make sure all was done correctly. He did not mess around! He always went right to the source and satisfied us. One thing people should remember, in setting up a home, is the necessary steps the buyer needs to make happen with their own preparation (sewer and water installation, county codes, electric and gas, flood water specifications from the state and city, etc.) The list goes on, but it takes awhile to accomplish these things, something I should have anticipated early on! But it is done! Sophie is also a great help in office work that needs to be done and title filing. So in short (ha) be patient with the people that represent this company! It has been there for a long time! There is a reason for that! They know what they are doing. Many hands, time, and people go into making this home! They do know what they are doing and never question a question! Thanks to Don, Matt, and Sophie!
