Unfortunately we had to leave behind a wonder family eye doctor that we've been going to for over 20 years Due to the change with insurance providers we were in the search for a new doctor.I think we hit the jackpot first time out. Dr Motes and staff were absolutely amazing. The scheduling was easy and quick once we found out they were on our vision plan. Perfect location to navigate to!Next up was picking out new frames & lenses. Had the joy of working with Angela and we went though several frames before finding the one I liked. My wife was assisted by Amanda and she was extremely helpful as well. We're glad we found a wonderful eye doctor.

I bought my glasses from this business several yrs ago. The side piece broke so I called them to see if could repair them. They told me to bring them in and they could look at them and see. I take them in and they tell me they are out of warranty (over a yr) and can't do anything because their lab doesnt do any repairs. When I called initially they should've looked up my info and told me so I didn't waste my lunch hour taking them in.

After ten years of using the same optometrist, I was in search for a new one due to a recent move. I am SO THANKFUL I came across Northwest Vision Source, as I had an awesome experience. The staff was friendly and competent, as was the doctor, Julie Motes. Her exam was thorough and smooth, even though I had my toddler with me the entire appointment. I've ordered the same contacts for several years, but the doctor informed me that they had a new version out. She gave me a sample and included the cost breakdown of my old contacts versus the new model - so helpful in making informed decisions! Another huge point: I have never used vision insurance for my contacts prescription, and my visit to NW Vision Source was no exception. Because of this, the doctor discounted my exam fee and contact fitting, making it extremely affordable. NW Vision Source was such a good find. I will absolutely be a long term patient.

In this time of heightened cleanliness and disease prevention, all precautions were noticeable but didn't add any time or inconvenience to what was otherwise a typical exam experience. Everyone was cheerful, professional and prepared for any and all my vision needs. I was able to try on glasses, and they cleaned all pairs before the next patient. I felt safe and that I was a priority. How people act during difficult times shows their integrity and commitment to their clients. As long as I'm in OKC, this will be my eye care professionals!

The entire staff is always professional, approachable and attentive. Very thorough exam including more extensive optional tests to further identify any eye health issues. Good location just north of NW 150th St. on the East side of North May.

The nose pieces broke off on a pair of my prescription glasses when I was en route from California to Oklahoma. I found NW Vision Source on Yelp and thought I'd stop in to see if they could repair my glasses. The staff were friendly and eager to help and took me in right away. They fixed my nose pieces and adjusted my sunglasses all free of charge.As I was waiting, I noticed a decent selection of frames were available. If I am in need of vision-related services in the future, I will return without hesitation.

Dr. Julie Motes and Northwest Vision provide quality, professional, courteous, and timely care. That is why I am a long term patient; and I continue to return to Oklahoma for eye care after moving to Florida. Kudos!

Mine was an ordinary annual checkup, no issues to have explained or new prescription. Same good service I would expect in that situation. But the health precautions were excellent! Kudos to the whole team for the distancing procedures they're implementing!

Visited for the first time today for an annual check-up. Calling and setting up an appointment was super easy. The address on their website and on Yelp is correct because apparently, they had moved in Jan. It's closest to NW 150th and May St. off Memorial Rd behind the Extra Space storage. Walking in, it is a HUGE clinic! Receptionist desk straight in front, eyeglasses to the right, waiting room on the left. The appointment was efficient, quick, professional, and I am always amazed at the new technologies for optometry! Digital photos of my retina? Yes, please! Ocular pressure without that big puff of air? Yes, please! What, Dr. Motes? There is a new monthly contact lens that just came out that should be better than my current Air Optix Aqua? Yes, please!And everyone was super sweet and caring. I love this optometry practice and I'll be sure to tell my friends!

Very helpful! Needed last minute contacts and they hooked me up and I was able to order some more tocome directly to my house! very quick as well.
