I didn't have an appointment & was needing a new DL due to name change. I signed in & was told it would be over an hour. However, it was less than 30 minutes before I was called. Renee was extremely helpful & kind. She retook my photo a few times until it looked good, which I was not expecting at all but greatly appreciated! Everyone was nice, the facility was clean & there was ample amount of seating for waiting. Would recommend & will come back for future needs. Thanks again Renee!!

Went to get my renewal of my tag, got the run around from the worker, think her name is Michelle. All I wanted was to get a renewal, there are people out there with 2 year paper tags, and all I wanted was to renew mine, she said I was not in the system, and I didn't have insurance, when I was showing her my paperwork and the letter from my insurance company, still attitude, Yes, I understand its Humpday at 4pm, but you chose to work here, now just work!I don't think I will go back there, maybe find another tag agent to go too!

Very easy to renew my tag and schedule an appointment for my real id the next day. Everyone was helpful, efficient, and friendly

I paid $214 for a two-year tag, but it was only valid for one year and eleven months, leaving me short-changed by a month.

Northwest tag agency has easy access i'm at corner of 63rd and Meridian. The staff is organized and very friendly.They offer 'Real IDs', appointment as required.

Came here to get driver's license two of the ladies were very rude. And the other lady did try to help me. And I work at a hospital taking care of patients. But because it was 12 min till they closed the two lady's didn't want to help. Cause they were to tired and ready to go home

Representative was friendly and knowledgeable about how to handle my situation and handled it in an timely time frame

I came here to transfer my license from out of state, the wait was long but the people were kind and efficient. Renee was diligent and friendly to work with and helped me understand the requirements and difference in Oklahoma states requirements. I'll be back in 8 years :)

One of the ladies with long grey hair is very rude when I come to renew my ID !! Definitely don't recommend this tag agency!!

This is the only tag agency that I have ever gone to. They are always polite and very quick to take care of my business. You can get your tag there and also get your drivers license done. Which makes it very convenient.
