My experience with Michael was horrible. I even asked to speak with a manager or some kind of supervisor and noon has contacted me. The only reason to use this company is because they're cheap. But you get what you pay for, I supposed. Michael is a terrible communicator and I had to basically talk him into actually helping me. Do not recommend.

Beautiful selection and great staff! Incredible customer service!! You know you have chosen the right partner when one of your projects is less than perfect and the general manager sits down with you to create a solution... and then follows up to make sure we were taken care of! We have worked with a few countertop companies and it's rare that you find a company so invested in getting it right and taking care of customers at every level. They are not just another vendor we use, they are a partner in our business. Highly recommend!

I had granite installed in the master bathroom, guest bathroom, and utility room. I could not be more pleased with the way it turned out. The installers showed up when they said they would (which I find rare these days), the sales people were knowledgeable and courteous, and they had a great selection at a fair price. I will most definitely use them on future projects!

We have purchased several things when remodeling our home and have been happy with everything. Our salesperson helped us match our wooden blinds perfectly with out wood floors and it looks amazing! We also did a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel with new cabinet doors, hardware, counter tops, and hardware. There was so much to select from and everyone was so helpful! We still have flooring to select for our master bedroom and will be going back to see them soon.

For any who may be looking for a company to redo your kitchen or bath, beware of Northwest Building Supply. They installed our granite and undermount kitchen sink in 2018. Today, our sink crashed to the ground spilling its contents throughout my kitchen and breaking several dishes. Thankfully, no one was hurt (not that they thought to ask). I've since learned that it was only glued in place, not mounted with clips. They will fix it, for a fee, but are not apologetic for its failure. If you are in the market, consider looking elsewhere.

Paid for leathered granite for a small vanity. When it was cut & polished, they evidently had a problem with the front corner. So now I have a new piece of granite that looks like it has a damaged corner. The splash got put on with 1/8" caulking gap on one end & goes to 1/2" gap. I realize this was a Sheetrock problem but shouldn't they have given some other options before attaching it to the wall?I wasn't impressed with the quality of work. Next time I will go somewhere that is strictly in the granite business.They were not interested in helping me since I was not happy with the way this looked after the fact. Once they had my money, it was see ya.

I purchased beautiful granite for my outdoor kitchen, however, the installation of the granite was not done properly. After two years the granite started to fall. When the installer came to repair it he noticed it was not installed properly and said he would speak with the manager about whether we should pay for the repair. My sales person contacted me and told me we would have to pay for it since the warranty had expired. I explained to her that this is not a warranty matter that it is an installation matter and I should not have to pay AGAIN. She told me because we didn't notice within the year warranty period they will not pay. I told her how was I to know it wasn't installed correctly until it started to fall. I also explained to her that the reason we hired a professional to install was so it would be professionally installed. She said in a very cold way SORRY. I have had a relationship with NBS for over 6 years and told her I thought their decision was not fair and that I could no longer do business with them. The sales person said BYE. I could not believe it. The amount of money I have spent with this store and the number of people I have referred and this is how they treat me as a customer. I can afford to pay for the repair but do not think it is my responsibility.
