I didn't know what to expect. We won tickets via OKC family metro magazine... The cash only at the entrance might deter some. We had a blast! Spent about 1hr 20 mins overall. The comped cookie and milk was delicious! The girls got to write a letter to Santa .. staff was everywhere offering assistance. They had smiles on. The girl helping with ornament decorations was phenomenal!!! The reindeer were nice to see. The Grinch was a fun area. The fake snow was very intriguing!!Bathrooms were clean!Would definitely recommend if you are in the area and want something indoors. The pictures with Santa and Ms Claus was a big hit! Thank you from the Smiths!Season definitely brighter Respectfully,BryanYukon, Oklahoma

I guess my review didn't get posted when I was up in Manitou Springs visiting this summer break. For it being a yearly park it's not a very bad place to visit especially if you're into Christmas and the Holidays. The tickets were not very expensive at all and the park itself had so much to do for as small of an area it was located. What does get you of course is the typical merchandise shops and the food. But that's typical. Some of the rides were very well kept and lines weren't that long. A nice place to definitely bring your younger kids to enjoy and nothing too dangerous. A lot of rides had to be switched and waited on bc of their lack of employees. But overall I would take my kids back for a cheap eventful park adventure. PROS: - Tickets weren't to pricey, they had group and party event discounts as well as a yearly membership. - Food were everywhere and plentiful- Eventful and easy to manage and utilize younger kid friendly rides. - Well kept and very clean- Employees were very respectful and helpful- MAGIC SHOW WAS AWESOME!! Wizard actor was amazing!!CONS: - DISLIKE the you have to be THIS tall to ride even if you had a chaperone or older sibling to ride along; made my little 2 year old stay outta the fun frm a lot of rides she could've handle solo. - Lack employees to operate all rides to be open- For the scenic rides, didn't have a lot of attraction for those rides. RECOMMENDATIONS: - Get rid of your height requirement or at least allow child to ride as long there's a competent older sibling with or chaperone. - Help you avoid a lawsuit, ensure you have an update rules and full participation policy of liability so parents/ guardians understand that the park and its employees aren't liable for injury to children or participants if injury happens. - For you scenic rides: Sky Trail, Train Ride, zip liner, Farris Wheel; add attractions, Xmas lights that actually gives the audience something to view versus just the trees, snow, and mountains. - Make your shops a little less expensive.

The owner John Conner called our company back in November to help him with removing some glass so he could get equipment into his building. We got him taken care of promptly due to his deadline to get this done. We called to ask for payment for the job done and he complained about our work. We sent someone over immediately and the complaint was not even anything related to our job, but we went ahead and fixed this at no charge. Again, we asked for payment. He would say he put the check in the mail, yet it never came. He then answers the phone one day stating he isn't the owner, and that Shawn Haggerty is the owner. This is a lie. Bottom line is we have been attempting to get paid for months. He continues to lie, and we STILL have not been paid. John Conner is not only a thief but a habitual liar. Please do not support this business.

I love the concept of getting to go to the North Pole and play with snow. However, I feel like the venue is a little small to hold so many people. There's not enough air circulation in the building and it gets cramped with so many people packed inside. I'm sure it's a different story on weekdays and schooldays. Unfortunately, most families don't get the privilege of coming to such events on a work day. The activities range from writing a letter to Santa, taking a picture with Mrs. Clause and then Santa Clause later on, eating cookies and milk, playing with "snow", jumping in a big globe, building your own yo-yo and coloring. I think I named all of the activities that's are there. I'm sure most people love it and it's a whole different experience when it is not jam packed.

This magical place has lost some spark over the last few years. 2019 was our 3rd time going, we missed 2018 so not sure of that's when they moved again, but we loved this place so much that we were so excited to go again and share this experience with our 11 kid visitors from out of state. Unfortunately so much has changed that its lost a lot of his warm and inviting atmosphere. The computer letters were really disappointing because christmas is all about that letter to santa and the little kids were unable to engage in that activity at all. At least with letters they can write their name or scribble their cute little version of a note to the special man. I love that the santa hasn't changed but the scene was dark and the picture quality was a joke this season. The best part was by far mrs clause who was so warm, friendly and inviting. Unfortunately the only other staff that could be classified that way was the Santa workshop elves who also did Amazing. The kids all got a stuffed animal to keep this year that they 'made' with the elf. I do kind of miss how yall did it in previous years because it gave the kids a little taste of Christmas and sharing that magic with other kids by donating it. I think this was a way of cutting cost because they used to have a wooden toy you made with the elves and a stuffed animal you made for charity but this year was only the stuffed animal. I would honestly give 2 stars if it werent for the fact that I've been previous years and it was amazing those times. I'm not sure if my family will go back next year just because it wasnt as friendly as it used to be. It used to be my favorite thing about the season hitting. I loved the wood floors like we were walking into an actual village/workshop and loved the explanation of the reindeers, yall just got rid of too many of the amazing things you used to have. I've added 2 screenshots of pictures from 2016 to show what it used to be. Now it's just a maze in a warehouse with little to no elf involvement umlike previous years.

This was a really fun experience for our kiddos who are 5 and 2. I recommend going in the evening time to miss the lines. Waiting for everything was hard with two young kids but they had fun regardless. And with a handful of goodies they got to take home from the experience I say it worth the price to get in.

North Pole Adventure is a Christmas interactivity attraction filled with lots of Christmas-themed decorations. The staff are dressed as elves and other "helpers", and their job is to ensure your children have a great time. There are centers and rooms, such as the Post Office, where kids are encouraged to write letters to Santa, an Elf Clubhouse, where they can play games, an Elf University, with desks, and a Snow Room, where they can have an actual snowball fight. They can meet Mrs. Claus and have a cookie and milk in her kitchen. There's a stable, with an animatronic Rudolf that talks to the kids; a giant snow globe for jumping and bouncing; Santa's workshop, where elves help them build their own yo-yo; and many other activities. Parents have plenty of photo opportunities. Near the end, they can meet Santa. The cost of the adventure is $15 per child/6 months and older. One adult is included free per child. Additional adults cost $6 each. Included in the price are all activities, one cookie and milk per person, and one picture per child with Santa. Overall, my five and nine-year-old enjoyed this attraction and this is the appropriate age; I would not recommend for pre-teens or older. Although the kids had a fun time, and it was worth the $15 per child, I personally didn't like the printed wall decorations or the bored attitude of some of the staff. However, I would still recommend this attraction because the kids love it and Mrs. Claus, Santa, the woman in the kitchen with the cookies, the snow room, and just giving the kids a chance to have a fun Christmas activity is worth the chintzy decorations.

I think this is great for locals but not worth the trip from out of town (we drove 3 hours from Dallas) to check it out. Kids enjoyed it but it was a quick walk through that only lasted about 30 minutes for us.

Made reservations for our school to visit back in September, called 3 weeks before we were suppose to go to check on everything/get details about the trip and they didn't have a spot for us anymore. Called for a week with them either not answering or telling us to call back at a different time then not answering again. We finally called on a different phone... they answered and were extremely rude. They told us they would call back that afternoon with a time, a week later... nothing.
