Excellent Service along with great personal advice about what would be the best repair service to safely put your injured or sick vehicle back on the highway to live a longer life. They really do take their time to inform & educate their customers. The guarantee behind the sincerity to do the best repair & service to their customer's is something that has been trusted since they have been in business in this remote rural area in Patrick County located on Heidelbach School Road approximately less than a quarter mile from the intersection of Union Bridge Road 623 which is 3 miles north of Fairystone Park. Thanks for such service Y'all !!

First started going here after my brother purchased a coupon book from them. At first it was just for things the coupons covered (free oil changes, alignments, things like that), but, once we got to know them & see their work, we kept going back. Both of my brothers bring their cars here, my mom and dad, and now my boyfriend. Honest quality work everytime. Would definitely suggest & do suggest to anyone who will listen to me.

I can't give Norman Automotive enough stars or endorsements. I had to have my engine replaced and I was frustrated dealing with the dealership. A friend recommended Norman Automotive and its the only place I'll take my car. They replaced the engine (my car runs great!!) and have maintained service on it since with Jimmy and his staff. Honest, reasonable and meets and exceeds expectations every time!

Well, my car was pretty expensive to fix but they gave me the honest estimation for fixing and gave the very honest opinion that I shouldn't do it. Not every mechanic would make advise the option that gives them less money and I appreciate it very much. Great people.

Worse Place EVER! I wish I could give them NO STARS!I read the reviews and thought they were exaggerating. I wish they were.Rude Manager!Dropped off my car at 8:30 am. They told me it would go on the rack immediately.I called back at 10 am, nothing. I was told it will go on the rack now because the tech is cleaning his bay from the previous customer.Called back at 11:15 - got yelled at by JIMMY to go pick up my car! The moment I drove my car I knew it was worse! My steering wheel was out of alignment which wasn't even a problem when I took it in!Went in for a small alignment issue and left with a worse one! Who knows what other nonsense they did to my car - that I have yet to find out!At most an alignment takes 30 mins if no parts are necessary!LIARS AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!

We've been using Norman Automotive for ages and they just keep getting better and better! Jimmy and his staff are honest and thorough. Before we used NA, we had horrible experiences with other Norman car repair businesses. I would never think of going anywhere else and recommend them to everyone in need of car care.

I'm under the impression there is no warranty for Norman Automotive's work. I am not impressed. My work van has been in this shop for at least ten months. I hired Jimmy to replace the engine, which took him over three months to complete. He needed a specific lift to do the install. Why didn't you have that equipment before taking the vehicle? After I got the van back, there were oil leaks, so after having it for less than four months, it had to go back to the shop. The engine is brand new. When I called to get a status update, I heard about employees leaving for the day due to family emergencies, understandable. I heard about terminated employees being the reason for the delay. I heard, again, about needing a specific tool to fix the issue. Why don't you have the proper equipment to work on the machine you installed? He said he was waiting to hear back from the manufacturer, so I called the manufacturer to see what was happening. They told me they hadn't heard from him since he opened the claim. The last time I called Norman Automotive, he told me I needed a new part and, to my understanding, it would require taking the engine apart. I purchased a new engine to avoid this scenario. At this point, I was beyond frustrated. He tried to get off the phone with me quickly, and I refused. I pointed out how long the van had been out of commission and how ridiculous it was that he still couldn't tell me when we would get it back. I may have used some unprofessional language, and that was when I heard, "come pick up the van. I have the right to refuse service to anyone." After spending over $8000.00 to replace the engine, I expected a working vehicle. I wish that had happened. His invoice claims all warranties are manufacturer's warranties, and all repairs made with new replacement parts have a 12-month warranty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NORMAN AUTOMOTIVE. He may post a response on here blaming me. Nothing is his fault. At least, that's been my experience with him. It's the manufacturer's fault. It's a terminated employee's fault. His employees always take off. He doesn't have the proper tools. It's raining outside, and he can't get your vehicle out of his yard. In my opinion, they are slow and unprofessional. They don't seem capable of getting the job done.
