DO NOT USE NORMAN APPLIANCE REPAIR. The owner, Matt, returned my call 2 days later, but only after I asked again. Ordered a part for my Samsung washing machine and it took 2 weeks for it to come in. That wasn't bad, but I was told differently by the technicianand the receptionist at the store. I wasn't upset that the part was late, just that their customer service was lacking. All it would have taken is a phone call or text to inform me it was not happening when they said, but I did not get that. When Matt finally called, he started yelling at me, and it was about the part and why it was late. It was because of President Biden. When I tried to tell him it wasn't that that I was calling about, he ranted for a long while. Lots more was said by him, and he even used profanity. The part was not installed because Matt kept saying he was calling the technician and telling him to stop. I did that for him. Matt said because of customers like me, who own a Samsung appliance (or LG) he wasThinking of shutting down his businessVery rude man. Doesn't want to listen to what you have to say.

9DO NOT use these people. Put my work on hold for 4 days ..They did not show up today as scheduled between 12 & 5. I called to inquire and the lady said I did not answer my phone??? I made a point to be here todayduring these hours. Am I to carry my phone with me everywhere I go on my property??? If so, they need to send someone to carry it around and follow me! Now they want to put me off until Wednesday between noon & 5. I don't think so. I have to wash! What is with these people?? DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT USE THEM.
