From the handmade dumplings to the hand pulled noodles, the food is fantastic! This was our second trip, and Maggie took great care of us again. Try the colorful dumplings! Great way to try the different fillings.

Been wanting to try this place for awhile! Finally went over with some friends and let me tell y'all, the portions are HUGE. Which of course, I love - but tip here is to just do everything family style since they're such big portions! Place always seems to be packed and for good reason too. I got the spicy Youpo noodles and they were delicious. Noodles were nice, chewy, and thick - almost like handpulled noodles! I think they do make the noodles fresh and in house. Everyone around the table also gave all their dishes pretty high scores. Food came rather quick, and service was great. Everyone was very friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Hard pass. I'd heard so many good things about this place and was looking forward to trying it out. After our first experience though, I'm good to move on to something else. The parking lot was PACKED when we stopped by for an early Friday night meal. The line was crazy long, but I'm guessing it was for take out. We had a group of five and got our table pretty quickly. The first thing that felt off was when they sat me at the end of a four-top table, right in the middle of a main walkway. Instead, we squished together and had them take away the now extra seat.Food-wise, the portions were more than enough, but expensive for what it was. We ordered dumplings, coconut chicken, General Tso's chicken, Beijing noodles, and a couple bowls of ramen. The General Tso's chicken was fine, but certainly not worth $15.99. If you want rice, it'll be another $2-3. The dumplings were decent, I'll give them that.

I've been wanting to stop here since it opened and finally had the opportunity. I was seated quickly and the wait staff took my order for jasmine tea almost immediately. They've re-done the former Johnnie's, and it's clean and bright. I did find the booth I sat in wasn't nailed down as it tried to go with me when I got up to leave. I had intended to try the soup dumplings, but the waitress suggested it might not be sufficient as a meal. I instead ordered the pork belly noodle soup after reading an earlier review. This was my first time trying pork belly soup, and I'll probably not get it again. Don't get me wrong: it wasn't bad, but there are much better noodle soups to be had. I just noticed a lack of flavor. I had to add a few spoons of chili oil to help the broth. I think the noodles are made in-house, but they didn't have much flavor until they had soaked in the broth for a bit. On a positive note, they give you plenty of pork belly. Oh, the jasmine tea was great. I've ordered lots of jasmine tea, and this was noticeably better than the others. I will definitely be back. I've had friends tell me they loved the dishes here, so I want to try more, especially the soup dumplings.

That tea is pretty good. The boba doesn't taste like other boba places. I can't quit put my finger in the texture difference. The boba sort of tastes a little more firm and not as bouncy if that makes sense. Tasty Thai tea was good and was $5.99. The service is prompt and we seated at a booth by the window. The table was nice and clean. I like the faux marble table tops and wood walls. The paper/cloth lamps above each table are nice and add to the ambiance. I got the pork black mushroom noodles and they are probably the best noodles I've ever had. They are chewy and when you look at the noodles, you can tell they are hand made by the variations in the size. When you look back in the kitchen you can see someone pulling the noodles out very long and it s cool site to see. I love that they have the kitchen open, so you can watch what they do. The only thing that would make that mushroom pork noodle dish better is to have the cucumber in thicker pieces so there's a little crunch or freshness. The thinly sliced cucumbers turn too soft too quickly. Other than that it was the perfect dish. I tried my boyfriend's dish and it had a spicy kick to it and he really liked his dish. The bathroom situation is pretty dire. There's one toilet for women and one for men. Wish they had more, but at least they were clean.

The decor is very minimal but so cute! When you walk in, similar vibes to a quick service restaurant EXCEPT you do order at the table!Walked in and was told you have to walk to the counter to let them know if you want to be seated or order to go. Was quite busy considering we came pretty late! They have booths and some tables that can be moved (for larger parties). Greeted by our server (who I didn't catch her name) and ordered multiple dishes to try! FYI their floors are kind of slippery! Kung Pao: 7/10 mediocre, flavor was pretty good and meat was tender. HEFTY portion, wish the peanuts were cut and roasted General Tso: 8/10 CRISPY!!! Perfectly fried and lots of flavorSpicy Chili Oil Beef Noodles: 9/10 actually exceeded my expectations. The flavor isn't bland but perfect to pair up with the other dishes! (General Tso). There isn't broth in this dish but the chili oil was just enough to not have the noodles be dry! The noodles were LONG, a little difficult to cut actually. The meat was sooo tender. I'd get it againPan Fried Dumpling: 7/10 not super flavorful but crispyXiao Long Bao: 9/10 I wish the meat was a little more flavorful but otherwise I cannot complain. JUICEY JUICEY! I can finish all of em by myself! Overall, hefty portions from all dishes. I would love to return and try some other dishes.

OKC has been lucky with another great noodle restaurant. The noodles dishes we ordered were outstanding. Service was welcoming and friendly. The place was packed but we managed to get in without a wait, a blessing for a weekend. The Lanzhou Noodles soup was so good. The broth looks light, but it is flavorful and aromatic from the warm spices. The beef was tender, but it would've been nice if they had included more meat in the soup. The noodles were thick in a good way but still had a good texture. The mushroom pork noodle was excellent. The pork and mushroom sauce was savory, just slightly more salty than we would've liked. But I'm still probably going to get that next time. It's almost like these noodles with gravy sauce that I get at another Chinese restaurant. We also ordered the colorful combo dumplings, which were made fresh to order. My favorite was the pork dumpling; the rest didn't have much flavor. Their chili oil lacked heat and flavor.

New noodles and dumplings restaurant on N. May. Currently soft opening and the place was packed. Server got me a water when I ordered a hot tea. The pork scallion dumplings were good. A little pricey , $11.99 for an appetizer. The braised beef noodle was also good. The broth was flavorful and the noodles had good texture. The braised beefs were big chunks of tender meat, and did not taste as good as Big Boss Noodle & Tea. The braised beefs there were amazing. Restaurant looks like previously it may have been a Sonic. I can still see the signature parking lot. I also feel their noodle soups could use more green vegetables. Presentation of their soups is bland in general, pretty much meats and noodles.

An amazing lunch!!! Although they are still in their soft opening service went well. Hard to decide what to choose. I started out with the Egg Rolls as an appetizer - very good! I decided on the Spicy Sesame Noodle Bowl w/chicken. A very large bowl of soup which I had to get a to go container. Quick note do not try and balance the plastic bowl on the edge of the soup bowl when transferring, if so you'll end up like me and spill it all over the table!Over all it was a very good first experience but now I've got to get back to try buffet menu items!

While we got the table pretty quick in lunch rush hours but the food pretty mediocre. Presentation is good BUT the Lanzhou Spicy noodles soup is mild and tasteless. Spicy Chili oil noodles is okay but no heat to it. Xialongbai came just lukewarm. The server seems annoyed because we kept asking more bowls & utensil. Its 8 of us so they decided the gratuity on the bill by the time we got the checks beware do not fill in the tip section again because you will pay double tipping if you do that. We ended up paying tips double. The conclusion is none of us will be back. Many other worth Asian/ Chinese restaurants to pick.
