Nissan of Muskogee

Our sunroof got stuck open while we were traveling. We called to see if they could take a quick look to see if they could repair/adjust it especially if it as something minor. We were told there were no techs available. They were rude and totally unhelpful. As a result we had to cut out vacation short and go home. Useless.

I would not ever recommend shopping at this dealership. The sales manager is the biggest jerk I have ever met at a car dealership. He will insult you and treat you like crap if you have the audacity to suggest a car is over priced on his lot. He constantly reminds you how he has "more in the car than what they have it priced at". It's funny how they can stay in business selling cars for cheaper than what they pay for them?AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

My mother in law bought a car from here. Angelina was the salesperson and she was the worst. Lied and just took advantage of a elderly person. The remote was broken to set the alarm, air conditioner was broken, lines were broken. She has been calling and going back in to get this fixed to no end. Had to get the lender involved so now getting them to fix the ac but NEVER will buy from here again. Worst place and sales people ever.

This dealership possesses zero integrity. My wife went and purchased a van from them. They said that it had never been in an accident. When she got it home, I immediately found a broken tail light, and that the blind spot detection system was broken. My wife called them the next day, and they claim that they hadn't noticed it. Yeah, rightSecondly, we requested a bumper to bumper warranty that was all-encompassing. Well, the salesman told her that is what he was selling her, but it turns out it was only a power train only warranty.We live about 40 miles away, and while she was there, they said that she had signed everything. After about 3 weeks of waiting for the title, we called and they said that there was 1 more piece of paper she would need to sign and that she would have to drive back in to sign it, there was no other way, it was concerning the mediation of disputes, we couldn't sue in court.

The best place in Oklahoma to buy a car! They have tons of inventory and a very friendly staff!

Very unreliable dealership. They will waste your time and will keep making you false promises. It's better to shop elsewhere. They wasted 1 week telling me they will call, negotiate, talk to management, etc only to change their words and never follow up with communication. Impossible to take the seriously with such poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Spend your money elsewhere.

At 65 yoa, I have purchased a lot of cars. This was by far the WORST experience ever. Every negat label about car salesmen is true at Nissan of Muskogee. They lied on what they would do, deliverEd a car that still had paint tape on it, I got one FOB for a car that costs 43k. One fob After specifically asking for a second one and told it was included. Paint chips were supposed to be repaired. Not even touched. The management of this dealership was very superficial and rude. They don't care about their customers. They just want those $$$ and numbers. Just another stereotype dealership without dignity. Oh, and don't expect them to follow through with anything they say. They won't. Hopefully they won't waste your time and money.
