Newcastle Casino

While it may not the fanciest casino, it pays out the most. It's a really an old casino in Newcastle, OK. There was a renovation done a few years ago which was a good improvement. They do have a garage now which helps with the parking situation. There's no hotel attached to the casino. Your best hotel option is Comfort Inn & Suites across the street, not great. Not too many food options; there's really just one, Kitchen 44, and that's really it. There's a small bar area. Players club rewards are not great. Some money for food, some free play. There's no incentive to play with your player club card really. When it's full, there's too much smoke, need better ventilation system. I've lost so much money at Newcastle Casino throughout the years, i feel like they should give me better incentives. Won a few jackpots once in a while but compared to the amount lost is more than laughable.

Since my review was obviously removed due to my crossed words. I'll keep my wording clean but WORDED TO ENSURE MY FRUSTRATION GETS ACROSS! I understand establishment have rules they need to abide by, but it doesn't mean my family had to be treated like they were criminals or demeaned the way they were. We wanted to try the food inside the casino and from what I was trying to figure out if we were able too or not bc I knew that majority casino rules were that no children were allowed and the established were for those 21 and over. But instead of being told so right as we entered by whom seem an employee when I asked a person who had an employee badge card that no children allowed. The idiot directed us towards the dinner restaurant. I had my 2 year old and my 9 year old with me. No issues walking towards the diner. But my wife and two sons were pretty much rushed outside as if they were criminals without any remorse or respect of letting my wife know abt the rules. My 6 year old thought of nothing less except thinking it was just another video game/ arcade area we take them too so he quickly jumped on a slot machine to test out before my wife told them it's not for kids. But then from what she told me two idiotic security males rudely rushed them out the door and even told them to stay out as if they were trash. HORRIBLE JOB AND HORRIBLE TREATMENT FOR obviously if you took the time to notice of people who aren't from there to not know your rules by heart. When I confronted the two security guards of how they treated my wife and kids they responded with "Yeah Whatever guy!!" So we had an argument and exchange of words. UNPROVOKED unprofessional actions and idiocy of your employees to not know the rules when asked if children were able to dine and eat within the casino!! Racist security guards bc if we were white and not of different color we wouldn't have been treated the way we were! SO FAIR WARNING FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO TRY THR FOOD WITHIN THE CASINO WHICH BY RECOMMENDATION FROM OTHERS THAT IT WAS A MUST TRY! NO KIDS ALLOWED AND I HOPE YOU GET TREATED BETTER THAN HOW MY FAMILY DID WITH MISUNDERSTANDING. And for those security guards I hope we don't meet again or more than words will be exchanged.

What you might expect from a small local casino....Friendly dealers but smoky rooms! Dark lit casino but they are glad to have you!

Nice place went early in the day I didnt want to deal with a lot of smoke. They had there own beverage bar which was nice

We heard this is a good casino to get lucky. My mom requested to go to a casino again. First was Grand , so now here.It's bigger than it looks for sure.Alittle old feel and definitely a relaxed group of people. We usually get mom situated and then back off but one of us keeps her in sight.This is a place we did not feel comfortable with the surroundings. They did seem to have alot of security walking around. Not sure for their safety or the players.Very smoky for sure.I will have to say the large, really nice bar was the nicest lady. Wish i had her name. Dark Long hair and pretty. She made really good Strawberry Margaritas.This is the best thing there.Casino for the serious gambler but I prefer a cleaner and more spread out area. And LOL I don't gamble!

Great fun place if you like to go gambling. The have great atmosphere n nice people that go in to play some gambling.

Saw the commercials for this casino and thought it looked to be a very nice, upscale casino. Read some reviews and took a chance. A lot of the trash is not the staffs fault. The trash left at machines is from spoiled grown up brats who think their mother works there. Empty cups and still lit cigarettes left on machines. It's EVERYWHERE in this casino.The casino does NOT have the staff to pick up after you grown up bozos.Bar: Nice, pleasant bar staff that make excellent cocktails and reasonable priced.Machines: "Shaking my head". Casino Manager..... your machines half work. Members cards do not register, slow rolls, my machine kept getting stuck. I knew after being there ONE hour, it was time "TA GO". Bathrooms: OMG. Disgusting. Will not be back.

Don't leave your guard down at this casino. Lowest class and services you can expect to recieve.

I sat down to play blackjack one afternoon, there were two seats open. The first seat a guy said his friend was coming back. so i moved to the other open seat. Another player said he was playing two hands (he wasn't). Stanley the pit boss came over and said I couldn't play. Most casinos will limit the number of hands you play when it's busy, not here. Stanley was rude, and and wrong. I ended up speaking with Q, whom agreed that I should have been able to play.This was a few months ago. I recently played here again and Stanley has not changed. He is still mean without a kind word to say. How can a person that grumpy and mean work with customers? If you hate your customers and job that much...quit.

Good little cafe. Friday fish special is great. Smoky casino floor but it's a casino. Been relatively lucky there.
