New Yellow Cab OK

On January 30, I was riding in the car and the new yellow taxi cab number 8(license plate A25-078) needs to go back to drivers school. The driver almost hit us he was not paying attention and we almost it the curb. We were on NE 10th St this happened at 8:30 pm.The driver kept going this is the worst taxi service they would not answer my phone calls to complain about their driver so yes I am writing a review about their driver and how he was driving.Worst driver I ever seen and yes we caught up with him I looked at him and wrote the taxi number and license plate down.Send this driver back to drivers school before he hurts someone. I had to leave a star and you don't deserve the one that I gave you.

In an effort to save some long term parking fees, I decided to cab it. I called the day before to arrange an early morning pick up (3 a.m.). The person on the phone said no problem, took all my information, read it back, and told me I was all set. The next morning, by 3:08 I was concerned. I called and the gentleman who answered the phone said no one was scheduled. He could come get me but it would be at least 30 minutes. Needing to get to the airport sooner than that, I thanked him for his time and told him never mind. I ended up driving myself. I was disappointed but realized I should have called as soon as I woke up to verify. Maybe next time.

The drivers are dangerous, like to tailgate and force people off the road. Car 11 was 2 ft off my bumper for 7 miles and had plenty of opportunities to pass me. Remind you, I was actually going faster than the speed limit until he road my ass. I tried to even slow down to let him pass. But instead he got closer. Thought I was going to get robbed. Again this was car 11.You really should push and teach these drivers more defensive driving.

Horrible service! When I called for a ride(which happened to be very early morning 4:45) the person who answered dispatch or the driver I'm not sure, was extremely rude to me, laughed at me told me that if I needed to get somewhere that I should call 911 and then I need to find some thing better to do. This is horrible customer service they are open 24 hours and if somebody needs a ride in the morning like that they should be available the service I got from this company is completely horrid and unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone if I could give zero stars that's exactly what they would have
