New Leaf Casady Square

I have found this to be an incredible florist. The clerks are friendly and willing to help create beautiful arrangements. Every time I've ordered, the arrangements have been unique and creative! The flowers are fresh and long lasting. I have never been disappointed!

I just spent $150 and $35 delivery on flowers that should have been more in the $100 range. Sent to a friend having surgery and I asked to just make it bright and pretty. They did. The flowers I liked that are pretty are the hydrangea and delphinium. - but long stemmed marigolds? Seriously? I'm from the East Coast and have a pretty sophisticated flower palette- and am very good at arranging. The marigolds and a few white roses are not layered in properly- sticking up randomly and then... marigolds. . Oh well. Delivery was on time and they are bright so I'll give them that. Flower choice- maybe speak up. At least there were not any carnations tried to include a pic because maybe it's just the eye of the beholder. Not bad but incredibly pricey for the flower selection.

Update: A manager called me shortly after my post to make things right. I did not return call. My event had passed and I was too upset. I was not interested in a refund just better care. I have seen gorgeous arrangements made by New Leaf. IF I try again, I will not go to the 23rd Street store. I will visit the Cassidy Square store.

I'm disappointed. This is what I got for $80, not including tax or delivery. This is maybe a $35 arrangement, tops.

I am giving my star rating based on a sum total of experience which I think is little more fair. Everyone can have a bad day - including floral designers. I have received many arrangements in the past from NL and I would say all were good to great. Recently however I purchased some flowers for one of my husband's employees that had surgery and was pretty disappointed in the end product. I've included the picture so you can be the judge. Cost was $100 total with delivery. I sent the photo to 5 different girlfriends for their input and all shared in my disappointment. I expressed my thoughts with the store manager who offered to refund my money. I declined the offer. Art is subjective and to some, the arrangement may be beautiful.

I came here to get flowers for my friend's graduation and Paul C immediately assisted me. He was delightful and a joy to be with. I hate that I don't live here in okc but I'll will use this florist when I'm in town. Thanks guys and the flowers are beautiful.

New leaf has beautiful flowers and the most amazing customer service! My mother and I went to new leaf today for a meet with Charlotte about flower arrangement for my wedding and I felt like I was a guest in her home. She offered us water and mimosas at the door, was extremely helpful during the consultation and gave me a small example of my flower arrangements free before I left!

Terrific selection and service alike. Gifts, scented candles, houseplants, and more -- don't expect to find cut flowers only.Easy to find locations, to boot.Randal's the best up at the Casady Square location, and Marty (at the May Avenue location) is a real gem.Greg, the owner? I am so impressed with the customer service at New Leaf Florist! I accidentally gave them the wrong delivery address and they ended up calling me to let me know what had happened. They even they went back a picked up the flowers and delivered them to the correct address at no additional charge within 30 minutes of the wrong delivery! The bouquet was beautiful and the flowers were very fresh. Thank you again!
