Great experience with the N2 technician this evening, I think his name was Brian. I wish everyone had as much pride and genuine care for what they do. He came by to look at the ice maker and we ended up learning a lot more about our other appliances that we were being ignorant about. They gained a new customer tonight. Great service all around would recommend them to anyone.

They completed the job, but it was a very difficult task to get to that point. I was told that I needed to wait on a part for a week and it ended up being a week and a half. This greatly affected my budget as We had to eat out (family of 4) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner the entire time because I was told that we had to unplug my refrigerator until the new part came in. With the cost that I spent on the part and the food for the family I could have bought a new refrigerator. Very frustrating. The only redeeming feature is that once I was able to speak with the someone they were kind, but I didn't get a discount for all of my trouble.

I'd like to say I appreciate N2 for taking my concerns seriously and taking action ASAP. I was more disappointed than upset over this experience but after N2 reaching out to me a few times they definitely took care of my concerns. They went over and beyond to assure I was satisfied. We connected with N2 via the Yelp app and scheduling was simple. The issue was a longstanding frost issue with the Samsung french door twin zone refrigerator. DIY defrosting was not successful for more than a week or two.Samsung refrigerators have this issue consistently. Orig purchase date: 9/2013. Issue since summer 2018.Things to keep in mind are: you need to completely defrost the unit (24 hours or more) for diagnosis. Otherwise it's a challenge and the technician will have to reschedule.Andrew arrived within the 4hr window to diagnose and quoted a fair price for a heater and dual thermostat replacement.Within 4 days they were back for the repair. Andrew was very helpful and accommodating during both visits. He always had a respirator mask on and was very respectful of social distancing standards. He was knowledgeable about refrigerator repair and patient with completing the job thoroughly.I'd recommend N2 for further appliance repairs.

Excellent service today from a friendly professional. N2 Appliance Repair was called to fix our refrigerator ice maker. They provided a competitive quote via Yelp and were able to provide the service within 2 business days, which was what I requested. He quickly identified the issue and quoted the total repair cost which was a fair price. He fixed the immediate issue but also informed me that the problem could be a bad valve, which he also quoted a price to repair. But if they have to come out again, they will deduct the cost of today's services from that total quote. I would definitely call them again

These folks were absolutely amazing. I had a Samsung washer that has been acting up for months. It finally locked up and I couldn't do anything. I tried looking on line and could not find a good answer to what was wrong. I was resigned that I was going to have to buy a new one. As a last resort, I called N2 and they were great! They worked thru all the potential problems (loose wires, clogged pumps, resetting the computer) first before finding out that it was the main circuit board. It took a few days to get the board (It is not a commonly available piece) and they replaced it in a few minutes and viola, it is working just like new again!! These folks saved me a lot of money in not having to replace my washer, I will definitely use them again!

Andrew came right on time. He contacted me when he was on his way. He did the diagnostics, took care of the problem and gave me suggestions on how to use my dishwasher effectively. I had been doing it wrong. He showed me how to clean out the filter. I had been doing that wrong, too. He took COVID precautions, and I really appreciated that. I will always use N2 appliances for future issues what may come up and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

N2 DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. I had been referred to another local appliance repair company that charged me $100 for coming out then telling me they'd have to find the parts. Not hearing from them for 8 days i called and they apologized profusely and said they'd get back with me in a few days. A week later i still hadn't heard from them. I posted a review on them, then they called me and said the parts were no longer available for my hood. I called N2, they came out the next day, ordered parts with expedited delivery, then repaired the hood 3 days later. Enough said! Guess who I'm calling if I have a problem appliance.
