My daughter has gotten all 4 of her piercings since the age of 16 here and the guys are always great. Makes me miss the shops I grew up around down in Houston. Good pricing and it was quick as usual. Thanks guys. See ya next time.

DONT COME HERE!!!! I walked in for a double nostril piercing on my birthday, and they absolutely butchered it. Not only are the piercings at incorrect angles, they are completely crooked. As soon as I left, I noticed the crookedness and got a consult with a different piercing shop two days after. They informed me that there was nothing correct about my piercings, and that because of the angle they would not only have a hard time healing, but they were so high up I wouldn't be able to put rings in. In order to have a decent piercing I have to take these out completely and have it redone at my own cost.On top of the shitty piercing, before I even got it, they overcharged my card by $150 on top of the $80 I was paying and they didn't apologize and had a BS "shit happens" attitude about it just told me to wait for four days for it to come back!??Don't waste your money!!!Edit: THEY REFUSED A REFUND BC OF "SHOP POLICY" and told me to contact their owner on Facebook, when I did so I was BLOCKED.

I came here on November 23, 2019 with my friend so she could get a tattoo, and I decided that I wanted to get a piercing while we waited.I was asked if I wanted a piercing, I said yes and picked out my jewelry for a tragus. I've been to various shops to get different piercings and they all have different methods of doing it. Normally they clean/prep the area that's getting pierced, mark and ask if you like where it's placed and then proceed to pierce. In my experience, he cleaned the area and asked if i was ready to go. Initially I was very confused and wondered if he already marked it (he didn't). He pierced it freehand, put the jewelry in and let me go.I went home later that evening and noticed that it was off-center. I started to freak out and get upset, then I realized that I could just go back the next day and get it redone/fixed.On November 24, 2019 I went back to see if they could fix it and the piercer wasn't there. They said he wouldn't be there for another couple of days and I left. I decided the hassle of getting it fixed wasn't worth it, so I removed the jewelry. I had difficulties removing it because the jewelry they used was externally threaded, it kept getting caught in the hole and made it extremely painful. Normally I get push-fit jewelry but they didn't offer any nicer quality. I personally wouldn't recommend going here for piercings due to the quality of the jewelry and the process. I paid $35, pretty cheap for a professional piercing but I would save my money to go somewhere else with quali jewelry and a better experience. I would've given a one star review, but the employees there were very kind. (The piercings in the photos {conch & triple flat} were done by another shop down 23rd Street)

I came in this afternoon and Stephanie was my artist. She did an awesome job, first tweaking the picture I had to make it workable and then matching and coloring it. I couldn't be happier. I have several more tattoos I want and she's going to be my artist going forward. Until I met Stephanie, I wanted different artists, but I loves, love, love my new piece.

I went in today to get my nostril and ears pierced. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Jeremiah was the piercer and he made me feel at ease and less nervous. I walked in without an appointment in the middle of the day. I will definitely point people in their direction!

the rude bigger man in front made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As soon as I came in I wasn't greeted with a "hi" but "what do you want?" I came in and asked for a hearing and then asked if they happened to do bday discounts, he responded "it's everyone birthday every day" and was very dismissive. as a NEW costumer, i believe every deserves to be treated with respect, and this experience has most certainly impacted my view of this establishment. i hope that management can take this feedback seriously and makes improvements to ensure that all costumers feel VALUED and RESPECTED.

I've always had pleasant experiences here, but unfortunately the last two people I've sent here have had terrible experiences! My best friend got a crooked Medusa, and is still trying to figure out how to get it fixed, and my mother went in today and dealt with a rude front desk worker (nice enough piercer she said), but she felt very dejected perhaps because she wasn't their usual clientele. This was my favorite piercing place for years, but now I'm scared to send people here after having two people close to be having terrible experiences . Not to mention their card reader was down both times, and everyone was forced to use their atm to pull cash out. Overall, I'm disappointed now.

Zero stars if I could. They don't have a piercer or artist in the shop and made everyone wait for over an hour after telling everyone it was a 15 minute wait. Very unprofessional

I had my nose done here a little over a year and a half ago and I have nothing bad to say. My piercing healed perfectly and fast. Even though they didn't have the color of jewelry I originally wanted(not a big deal)I never had any problems with it. I'm not sure who pierced me but he did great and was professional, nice, and clean. I've been thinking about getting my navel done so I will be back!!!

My friend had went in to try to get a naval piercing and the bigger guy at counter was so rude to her and told her to go eat a burger. That was so unprofessional of him to do he could have simply told her he wasn't able to provide that for her but he said something that could really affect someone. Anyone who doesn't wanna experience this behavior definitely recommend going to 23rd body street piercing because they are the sweetest people and I've never had a bad experience there.
