On my daughter's 6th day, she was "bitten" (she was assaulted). Another child grabbed her by the face and hair and bit her face hard enough to break blood vessels. I understand things will happen with toddlers, and that isn't what shapes my opinion of this facility... it is how I was treated after removing my daughter from the facility. When I returned the following day to get my daughter's things and to return the key fobs - the director of the facility (who had previously been very nice), was now rude and icy. I stood in the lobby for a few minutes while someone got our things from the classroom and she didn't even ask how my daughter was doing. You would think that someone in the childcare industry would actually care about THE CHILD. Not here. And don't be fooled by the "schedule" they give you (which indicates circle time or other quieter times) or how they describe the toddler rooms as being 6 kids and 1 teacher... the older toddlers are in a room with 12 kids and 2 teachers. There is no structure, no downtime besides eating and nap time. They just ran around all day. My daughter was there for 3 hours a day and her 6 days at this facility has traumatized her.

Our son has been at My Small Wonders almost 2 years. We feel fortunate to have found MSW. They partner with us and we feel like part of a family. Our son goes through various phases and they are ready to help guide him through each one. The teaches are amazing and patient. The meals are always different and allow our toddler a good variety to find things he likes. Smaller playground for toddlers that is covered from the sun. Beautiful setting for our son. In the summer they change children into swim suits to play in the spinklers on Friday and in the winter they have a bounce house. When the weather is bad, there's a playroom indoors for the kids. They do curriculum and draw and make crafts every single day. Did I mention the teachers post photos of your child throughout the day, report exactly when/what your child eats, when he sleeps, when diapers are chances and you can even watch your child on camera at all times of the day!! You can tell the directors (a married couple) love children. The center follows DHS guidelines very strictly and always passes surprise visits. I don't know how the teachers are able to get so much into one day but I appreciate them!!

My child attended MSW in 2017 and loved it, the only reason we switched was because I went part time and didn't need full time daycare anymore. I loved the staff, the hours of service and the bright-wheel app they use. Depending on who brought her to daycare that day I would be notified when she was checked in and out, as well as a report on her day from the day shift teacher, meals and how much she ate, diaper changes and even a picture update most days. I had a difficult time going back to work and this place calmed all my anxieties, I always knew she was in excellent hands, can't say enough good things about this place.

Great facility. Takes great care of each child. The staff are super friendly to the kids and parents everyday. You can even watch your little one as much as you want.

First impressions are ok, however it seems that the daycare is made for the parents and not the kids. They have a big entrance and plenty of space in front but the rooms for the kids are really small almost treating them chickens in incubators. The teachers are nice to the kids to the point that they are just letting go wild all the time. It was a common view to see kids throwing toys around the room. A bad habit that took a while to get rid of. We had our son there for 6 months were fortunate enough to find him a better daycare. It is an ok place, but it is really overpriced for what it is. I would not recommend this place

My daughter has been at MSW for a couple months now and so far I've been very impressed. We placed her in their nursery when she was almost five months old. As a mom, of course I was very hesitant. It helped me so much that they have a video camera in the nursery so you can log in and see how your babe is doing. The brightwheel app they use is fantastic. The teachers use it to let me know every time she naps, has a diaper change, and eats. There are four infants to a teacher. The room my babe is in has 8 babies and 2 teachers. I think my daughter actually prefers that. There is so much action going on and things for her to look at. They do activities every day- popping bubbles, playing with instruments, doing artwork (yes they send my five month old home with artwork haha!). I noticed when my babe was going though a week where she wasn't feeling her best (teething and stuffy nose) the teachers took care to give her lots of extra snuggles, which I really appreciated. The teachers have been very responsive to me any time I have a question or request. I put my daughter on the waitlist when I was 7 weeks pregnant and they had an opening about a month after she was born. Keep that in mind if you are thinking of child care, there is a waitlist and you might as well get on it even if you haven't completely decided where you want to go. I got on two waitlists just in case but I'm very pleased we chose MSW.

Our child has been at My Small Wonders for over a year now and I give my whole-hearted endorsement that this is Edmond's best childcare facility. Previously, we were at another "comparable" and highly-reputable, nationally- affiliated childcare center in Edmond and the level of care, responsiveness and investment in our child that we receive at MSW is a night and day difference from the previous facility. The owners and management at MSW develop a relationship with each child and family. We feel known, understood and valued. The responsiveness to issues and concerns, which I've come to realize are just a normal part of the childcare experience, is exceptional. Every time I have communicated a concern to management, it has been addressed with respect for all involved and with a high level of concern for my child's well-being. This is an integrity and joy-filled childcare center, with owners, management and teachers who love children. I'm so glad we found MSW!

I cannot say enough great things about MSW. Initially when we moved to Oklahoma, I wanted a nanny for my kids but was recommended MSW by two colleagues and I am so happy we did. They treated my children as their own. Everyone in the building knew my kids by name. You can tell that the staff has a great passion for children. I started my daughter at 2.5 years old and my son at 6 weeks old and always felt comfortable dropping them off. Some key points that I found important were: 1. Cleanliness. I always saw them cleaning the toys and rooms every day. They also would close once every couple of months for scheduled deep cleaning. Even during the peak of he COVID-19 pandemic, I felt comfortable keeping my kids MSW. 2. Approachable/Available. The owner Scott and Tammy are constantly in the building at the front desk and available for any question or concern you may have. They are also very responsive to any concern and are in constant communication. They take great pride in MSW and are supportive of their staff. The director and assistant director are also always available and will call you personally if anything comes up. 3. BRIGHTWHEEL. This is the greatest thing ever. You will get updates about your children all day from pictures and videos to what they're eating ect. It makes you feel like you are a part of your kids day even while you are aware. 4. Education. Each age group has a curriculum that it follows and the kids are constantly learning daily instead of just free play all day. 5. Teachers. They are all very kind and treat your kid like their own. My kids fell in love with all of their teachers and would visit them even after they would move on to their next age group. They definitely have common interest to see your child succeed in all their milestones. Teachers that didn't even have our kids knew them. When we left Oklahoma, this was the saddest thing for me to leave behind. My greatest concern with any move is the well being of my children and this place made me feel at ease everyday when dropping of my kids. I feel lucky that we found MSW during our two years in Oklahoma and highly recommend it.

Wonderful staff and owners. I am so thankful for the time and love they have invested in my youngest and I am so sad to leave now that we are headed to school. We have been here for 5 years. My son has loved the teachers and will miss them dearly!
