Muse

I was the first ever resident in apartment 238, a single bedroom. Everything in the apartment was very cheaply made. The property manager is absolute pain to deal with and has no interest in being helpful or reasonable. You will be charged $50-100 a month in trash fees and hit with a ton of undisclosed utility fees. When moving out, I put in a 30 day notice to vacate instead of 60 days, making me liable for an extra month. The property manager told me this would cost $1500, then proceeded to charge over $1900 when the time came. I was blatantly lied to on multiple occasions by the property managers. It's also really hard to get in contact with anyone to help resolve bill-related issues. The Muse doesn't answer their phones and won't give call backs when they say they will. Stay far away from this property manager! I get the impression that the Muse has no intention of being fair and reasonable and would instead like to charge me as much money as possible. I've rented apartments in many places including Boston, Denver, and LA, and I've never had a property manager try and gut me for this much money in such a distasteful fashion before. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
