Cory came out to tighten a few of our hose valves. He was super friendly and informative and very prompt! Our builders (Shaw homes) scheduled them for us as a warranty claim but I would definitely use them for other concerns in the future as this experience was very positive

Absolute horrendous experience. I would leave my career to go learn the trade of plumbing before I would ever hire these guys again. Never on time, extremely rude staff, and just downright poor quality. If you're thinking about hiring them, sprint the other direction.

Mario was beyond honest when he stopped by. I was told by a specialist to have my lines jetted. Mario came by, and told me that there was no way to fit the jetter in the back drop, despite him bringing the unit. He didn't charge me, and was able to get my lines fixed at a fraction of the cost I had paid for a previous service provider. Hard to find honest plumbers, but this place has Mario and Brian. Both class acts.

I have used this company for the last 6-7 Years, and always had good results, this time I had a great technician Chris, that did a very good jobThey were upfront telling me they could not come till the next day and at 8am he was there and worked hard to get all done, even pointed out that we're about to damage and could prevent a greater repairOkc Mullin was great!

Will not use this service again because sink leak was not fixed, and even though plumber pulled the toilet, he did not replace the wax seal. This caused problems. Additionally he failed to properly tighten down the toilet. No pride in his work. Lazy.

Toilets did not flush, called Mullin, had an appointment between 8-1 Friday, they cancelled, got an appointment for Monday between 8-1, someone named Rebecca called for a very confusing conversation in which I was disconnected. Got my son to help me call back, I am old and disabled, had to ask to speak to dispatcher who was Rebecca. Rebecca claimed I had "cancelled" when she called me earlier. Rebecca lied, I never cancelled. My son and I do not understand how this company stays in business. Incredibly unprofessional, to lie make me believe in their incompetence. Be wary

I made an appointment to have my two AC units "tuned up". The technician arrived late. First thing he asked is what are we doing here, I replied I need these 2 units tuned up. He preceded to hook up his gauges and add Freon. He ran out of Freon and said he would return Monday. He returned Monday and added the rest of the Freon. When he finished I asked him if he was going to do the tuneup he said no and left without giving me an invoice. Three days later a representative called and asked if I was going to pay the invoice, I said you would have to give me one first. He emailed me 2 invoices and the total was $800 for Freon. They charge me for 2 service calls and had 3 different prices for the Freon. When I questioned him about the double and outrageous charges he said someone would call me the next day. No one called I waited 5 days. I called 5 days later and I was told someone would call me back the next day. No one did. I called again a week later and was told someone would call me back for the third time and no one did. The customer service is terrible and everyone I spoke to just gave me the runaround. The whole experience seems like a scam! I am very disappointed and I can't remember the last time I dealt with such unscrupulous and unprofessional behavior.Update: I called a 4th time after another week and all I got was a run around and no has returned my call again, what a shocker!

I would give zero and almost report this company when I could . I have no words to describe about what happened. The lady who answered the phone call was really really rude .The customer service was extremely bad. I have no word to say about how could she yell over phone while I was talking, and didn't let I finish the sentence first. She asked me to shut up and let her finish first. I don't think that is how you should treat a customer even if your performance at the job is good. I couldn't find them on Google reviews anymore , they deleted their google profile . Of course, they didn't want people to read any more bad comments about their company, it's so bad . I called them when it was emergency, they said they might not make it . Then they showed up at the place without giving me a call , I wasn't at the place , so they called that they got there , I got shocked that they came , I told them I didn't know they were coming so i left, I asked them to leave, they were alright no attitude I was appreciated that . A few days passed I got a call from this company, A lady wanted me to pay the bill that I even i didn't use their service, I told that lady , the one who answered the phone didn't mention about any charge or when they called back or if they were even coming. She said doesn't matter what I will have to pay . I refused to pay and her voice got loud and I don't want to say it but it was like a threat, and then she hung up. I maybe wrong but the yelling and the bad attitude is not acceptable.

I have used this company in the past and had good results. Had a leak under the slab. Day 1, showed up, one Mullin truck and another person in plain truck with equipment for pressure test. Said the leak was everywhere. Day 2, a very professional guy showed up to locate the leak. As he was leaving Mullin showed up with yet another plain truck with equipment to break slab. The Mullin guy did produce a quote. The two guys in the plain truck proceeded to do the whole job. Looked to me that Mullin hired contractors to do the job and Mullin did the billing. Mullin didn't even stick around till job was finished. Guys left the place a mess and neglected to turn hot water back on. If Mullin plans to keep in the plumbing business they should invest in the needed equipment. Maybe the owner should pay more attention to his business than running for office...
