Morrison Floral & Greenhouses

Richard from Morrison's Floral & Greenhouses helped me design all of the floral arrangements, decorations, and bouquets for our wedding at the Myriad Botanical Gardens in 2021. Everyone there did such a phenomenal job! I am SO glad I decided to go with Morrison's. When Richard and I sat down to meet, I told him that designing and describing designs in my head was not my strong suit lol! However, he was able to see exactly what I was describing and then made it come to life! Richard and all of the staff are always on top of things, they answer emails and messages extremely quickly. Won't name any names, but Morrison's is very reasonable price-wise, unlike a few other florists I checked into...ahem. ;) I can't recommend Morrison's Floral & Greenhouses enough!

We have used Morrisons for many years now and always been happy with their service and selection. Until now. We ordered an orchid for our sister to commemorate the first year anniversary of her husband's passing so of course we wanted it to be special. I was assured by the woman who took my order that it would be a double stem and that they would put it in a really nice container, remove the stakes and replace them with curly willow, etc. I said that was exactly what we wanted (like the one on their site). What she got is pictured below: a scrawny single stem tied to a stake with two little ribbons and stuffed into a cheap pot. Something I could have bought at Trader Joe's for $14.99, but wouldn't have because it wasn't nice enough. And that's not at all what they show on their site, also pictured below. They charged us $102 for this miserable effort. When I complained they took off the $15 delivery charge. Big whoop. Sadly, after 50+ years of our business we will be giving it to someone else in the future. And I would have given them a single star except for their previous service so I made it two.

Terrible at working things on time. Ordered flowers for my anniversary and she didn't receive anything on that day. Never buying this place again untrustworthy.

I ordered flowers for my grandpa who was having surgery. I was a little disappointed when my sister sent me a picture of what arrived. The picture advertised was very pretty and nicely arranged with a cute vase. What arrived looked like something I could have bought at Costco (still very nice flowers but not professionally arranged) and shoved into a very generic vase. Not worth the $100 in my opinion at all.

Untrustworthy, unreliable, and low quality product for absurd prices. Very disappointed. Go to calverts, or Marcums instead, it would be more worth your time, and money. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Warning!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Go somewhere that values you as a client and not just another purchase.

I got married here in the lovely conservatory, and it was beautiful. It was very intimate and special. Richard was a pleasure to work with. He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was gorgeous and stress free. My bouquet was so beautiful! When I get my pictures back from the photographer, I will post one. I loved that my husband and I did not have to decorate at all, the event space is beautiful enough on its own, and there is an amazing waterfall draped in flowers that I'm sure made for some wonderful pictures. He let my brother and maid of honor do their thing the day before and day of the wedding, so they could make sure our wedding was just right in the final hours. We brought in a sound system, our own caterers, officiant, and cake designer. I loved that we got to make everything uniquely ours, and it wasn't a "one stop shop" kind of wedding venue. If you're looking for a small, beautiful, affordable wedding venue, please consider Morrison's. We were so happy, and I can't wait to use their floral services in the future.

This company should not be in business!!! An arrangement was ordered for my uncle's funeral services, and was supposed to arrive by 10am for his viewing. They showed up at 3:30pm at the END of the services!!!!! When there was a complaint made, they offered a refund as long as they could get the arrangement back!!!! Are you kidding me??? Completely unacceptable, wrong, irresponsible, and cold!!!! Oh, and after being told that the arrangement was already given to my uncle's wife, they suggested leaving the arrangement at the front door to pick up..... This company is trash.

They have a wonderful selection and wide variety all year long! Not to mention, the best customer service around! Unbeatable prices for the quality you receive!

The service is very attentive, friendly, they help you with everything you need, the home delivery is all right on time, friendly, careful, but I was not very happy with what I received, it does not look the same as what I ordered, the flowers are very pretty, but I I would have liked it to look more like in the photo thanks
