I came here on a random Wednesday to transfer my registration from CA to OK .. If you have felt with California DMV you know this is a day process.. I walked in and welcome warming by the lovely ladies behind the counter and was treated as if I was a my grandmothers house .. They were super Nice and fast I was in and out the door in less than 15 mins .. on Top of I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for Registration... This is was I call Customer Service !!!!!

Worst tag agency I've ever been to.I came here to update the address on my driver's license. I waited about a half hour and when I came up to the counter, they were rude about it and said it's too late (they're open another hour) and to come back tomorrow at 8:30. Sorry! I work at 8:00. Since it's Thursday, I won't be able to do anything until Monday now. What a waste of time and the rude attitude didn't help.Tuesday update: I tried calling all morning and the phone was busy. I came in at 1:30 PM and there was nobody in line, only two people waiting. That's good, right?I go up to the counter and the lady says you can't walk-in to update your driver's license. I'm told to come back at 8 AM, but I work 8-5 most days and just wasted my break here. They're closed weekends, so there is ZERO reason to come here if you work a normal M-F job. Other people stated the line starts as early as 6 AM. What kind of nonsense is that?I will NEVER come here EVER again. Horrible customer service, rude workers and pathetic policies.

Went here to get a new DL, walked in at around noon, was told I would have to come back first thing in the morning to make an appointment, customer told me earlier is better because there is a line, asked if I could make an appointment online or my phone, nope, I don't see why anyone puts up with this place, there are places that treat you much better. Lanoy Tag Agency is great.

I waited in line for over an hour to get a new license, only to be told I should show up in the morning at 7:30. So, it's 7:30 I'm sitting on a bench waiting for the place to open at 8:30! Apparently, they only do so many licenses each day, first come fist serve.! Zero customer service! This is ridiculous! Moore is a growing town, get with the times!

I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. We went in to register our motorcycle and they barely looked at the paper work and turned us away. We were told that we didn't have all of the paperwork that we needed. The lady was hateful almost as soon as we got to her. We took the SAME paper work to another tag agency and they were able to get us taken care of. All the information that we "didn't have" was on the back of one of the documents that we had handed the lady. There was one that had to be printed out, but the other tag agency that we went to was able to print it out no problem. Since you're reading this, we highly recommend Northeast Tag Agency. The ladies there are so helpful and incredibly nice!

I replaced my drivers license early last month. It took 3 hours due to the new "real ID". The wait is the only reason they didn't get all 5 stars. I understand even if I think there's a way to expedite things a lot faster.

Cathy was kind as could be! Very helpful and was in and out in ten minutes. Have coke to this place for years and will keep coming back!

Do not try to get an ID/driver's license here.I had the correct paperwork to renew an ID, but their system didn't accept it. I asked if I could come back in 30 minutes with alternative paperwork, Cathy said "no" because their ID appointments were full. Getting through your appointment list by not taking the time to adequately help people with said "appointments" is careless. Cathy also told the person before me "out of thousands of attempts to process class C licenses, our system has only processed a handful, you're lucky".I went to another tag agency same day and they had no issue processing my original paperwork, so it seems something is really wrong with their system for licenses/IDs.Additionally, Cathy was not kind. I realize glitches happen, but a "this really stinks, I'm sorry it didn't work out today" or something similar goes a long way in moments like that. The other services seemed fine, which I suspect is why they don't an even lower overall review, but they only had one person designated to handle IDs and it was terrible.

I am giving 1 star because it wouldn't let me give 0 stars!! There are plenty of tag agencies that treat you much better! They overcharged us on our excise tax by adding our prepaid oil changes and maintenance as well as tire and wheel insurance. This added an additional $4,000 to the price of the car which was not correct. They are not coding items. It will take months to get a refund. They knew it was wrong and did it anyway! Go to a different tag agency - save yourself some stress, time and money!
