Monterrey's Mexican Restaurant

This is pretty much the only restaurant in this town, aside from pizza and gas station food of course. I generally order takeout rather than dine in, as the tables aren't very comfortable. I enjoy their salsa and queso. The chips are pretty good an never greasy. The enchiladas aren't bad. I usually get cheese. The enchilada sauce is a bit heavy compared to other restaurants, but it definitely does not lack in flavor. The beans and rice are also pretty decent.This place can be a bit pricey for what you get. I usually pay close to $15 a person, especially if I want a side of sour cream. More for guacamole. Also, sometimes the staff is not the friendliest people in the world. Oftentimes when I phone in an order, they can be rather short with me. Considering the lack of options, it isn't a bad place to eat when you're in Burn Flat. It definitely beats preciously-frozen pizza.

Monterrey's has the best selection of food for the small town of Burns Flat. And they do it all so well! With eat in and carry out options available they are sure to meet every need. I love taking my family here for burgers/fajitas when we don't have time to cook/ don't want to drive out of town. I've even called in an order of guacamole to accompany Taco Tuesday night @ home! I've never had a bad meal here. A 5 star crowd pleaser for sure.

The food is good. The Cheese burgers are exceptional, the steaks are cooked like a professional chef prepared them. The servers are friendly and welcoming. The only thing I have a complaint about is, it is a Mexican Restaurant AND the Mexican food is good eating, but the portions are way to small for a Mexican serving.

Food was really good. Unfortunately they had my order wrong so I didn't really get to enjoy what I wanted. The only two people we saw working was two high school kids which are also the ones that took the order. I'm sure if I would of had the order correct I would of enjoyed the place more.

Great Mexican food in western Oklahoma. The service is very friendly and great. The food is as good as any Mexican food I have eaten anywhere. Always fresh.
