Amazing customer service! They helped me find exactly what I needed and it was under my budget!

I needed my wedding band soldered together. When I went in they were so helpful they soldered them together and refinished the white gold on my engagement to match. They were very fast and great prices. I will for sure visit Mitchell's Jewelry again.

Absolutely excellent customer service! Lori helped us and the owner even came out a few times to talk to us personally. We looked everywhere for a specific ring and they were able to custom make one for us! They're very patient, willing to help, and provided many many options for us to choose the perfect combination. They offer many different styles and are fairly well priced. Very friendly environment, and again Lori was very helpful. They have different finance options to choose, gift boxes, I highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase jewelry!

We were treated with respect from the second we walked into the door! The owner and sales lady helped us find exactly what we were looking for! We enjoyed hearing about where our diamond was coming from and some delicious chocolates from Antwerp! After we finally ordered our ring the owner took us out to lunch and we enjoyed the conversations about his history with diamonds! This place and people are wonderful! If you don't shop here , your missing out!

Mitchell's Jewelry is a class act. I have many lovely pieces that my husband and family have purchased from Newt and his staff. Recently I had a diamond fall out of one of my special rings. Mitchell's went above and beyond to fix the ring. I was on a time crunch because I was flying out of OKC and I live overseas! Ryan rushed the repair and had the ring overnighted and in my hand ASAP! Jessica, Lori and Nancy were also super helpful. We are loyal to Mitchell's and will remain to be! Thank you!

Fantastic service! As a Christmas present, my Husband custom ordered an earring from them to replace one that I had lost. Miraculously, on Christmas day he found the lost earring - a few days after ordering the new one.We went in the day after Christmas and were able to cancel the order, which they were very gracious about. Then, as a Christmas present, we used the money that my Husband had paid to order the new earring (which Mitchell's also would have returned, had we selected that option), and I got to pick out some new jewelry instead.We were assisted by Ryan, a manager, who could not have been more patient or helpful. I really wasn't planning on jewelry shopping that day and had no idea what I wanted, so that poor man walked me through just about every case in the store - and he did it so patiently.We had a great experience as Mitchell's and will certainly be shopping there again. We will also use them for jewelry repair when needed. We have used them for that before and their service was fast and affordable.

The best jewelry store around!! Amazing quality & I am always greeted w/a smile & amazing staff. My husband & I have been coming here for years & will not shop anywhere else due to the customer service is excellent!!! Don't go to Brockhouse jewelry horrible customer service!!!

I have come here twice and it's been a great experience both times. The first was to get an engagement ring touched up and the second was to have a watch resized. The customer service was great both times and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable!

Like many others, I came in to Mitchell's looking for an engagement ring not knowing a lot about them or the process. I read reviews online and couldn't believe how satisfied everyone was, so I definitely had to check it out for myself. Jessica and Ryan were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and were able to design a beautiful custom ring from several pictures I had. It was also delivered almost two weeks earlier than originally promised (during the holiday season). I was expecting buying a ring to be similar to buying a car, but I never felt pushed or pressured into anything. I told them my budget and they stuck to it. I definitely won't go anywhere else for anything jewelry related as long as I'm here and they're open.
