He did exactly what he was supposed to do and I had my new glasses in a few days. I put them on, walked out and within an hour or less I had adjusted to the new prescription. I am very happy with my new frame. Have had several compliments. Thank you Dr Miller and Staff.

If I could give them no stars I would this place gave me pedophile vibes not only did the male front kid take my kid and sit him down on his lap and got prescription wrong but the people there didn't even address me as the mother they kept addressing my 4 year old like he was a damn adult and make his own decisions will definitely not be bringing my child back here.

This is a great service provider. I have been using them, along with my children, for over 10 years. They recognize me and treat me with respect. Appointments are kept, service is excellent, I have complete confidence in them.

I am shocked. I just got off the phone with the receptionist. I had asked if they do walk-ins, and they don't, which is fine. It seemed like she was going to end the call there, but I asked for the next available appointments. She told me, but I asked her to repeat the last open time. She repeated them slowly and condescendingly. I told her I would have to check and call back, and she immediately hung up the phone without saying anything. I hope that not everyone there treats their customers that way. I don't even want to make an appointment.

Miller vision care means superior eyecare. Dr.Miller is exceptional at what he does. Here is a Doctor that actually sees you at the appointment time. Really, a Doctor that keeps his appointment times. And he goes about his tasks quickly and efficiently while asking all the questions that need to be asked. He does sell glasses but never pressures you into buying at his shop, although he will ask. It is professional complete family eyecare at its best.

When i came to Dr Miller i had terrible eye sight. He got me the help I needed from 2 different specialists. When I ordered glassed he got them quickly. The staff is very friendly.

I came for Prism glasses. The Dr. said fixing one of two planes would be fine. I paid hundreds for the glasses and lenses. I tried to schedule a follow up but they said they'd call me. Instead they called to demand more money after insurance. Turns out the standard practice is to correct both the horizontal and vertical fields. The specialist I spoke with said it was likely a scam to charge for extra lenses and both should have been corrected at the same time. Now the Doctor is holding my prescription hostage extorting a new patient visit rather than sending the fields already diagnosed in the evaluation. (They offered to send "half the prescription or pay for a visit") They stopped accepting my insurance. Obviously he cares more for cash than critical patient care, even after a ridiculous profit. Similar glasses on the market cost 1/4 of what they charged. Now I have a useless pair of very expensive glasses. He took advantage then refused to make it right. I am shocked they refused to even give me my prescription, but that's proof in itself of the fraudulent scam.

We used to love this place, but for the past couple years (maybe COVID hurt their method of handling business??) has been rough. We have had incorrectly insurance billing, extreme delays with orders, incorrect bills sent to use, changes in billing methods which caused us having to make multiple phone calls, and other minor annoyances. I am sad that it has seen such a negative turn over the past 2 years and would not recommend people to go here until they get things sorted out.

My family and I have used Dr. Miller for over 8 years! My husband and I are very appreciative! Also, when our children needed glasses, they were very knowledgeable and caring!

Took them more than a month to order the right contact lenses for my eyes. They wouldn't even contact me when the prescriptions were delivered to the store. I had to call the business once a week for updates after waiting for 3 weeks.
