A few weekends ago, I called emergency maintenance because my kitchen sink was severely clogged and water was not draining on both sides. A lady called me back and told me someone would be able to come today and fix it. After waiting a few hours, I called back, but no one answered. I continued to call and still have yet to hear back or have someone come to fix it. My car has also been broken into while in the parking garage and I know a few other people who have had similar issues. Overall, extremely disappointed with the lack of communication.

Think before signing a lease here. We came from Callaway because it was more affordable, but it turns out you get what you pay for. They show you a very lovely model, but we have lived in 2 separate units and upon getting inside they were FILTHY. They don't even hire a cleaning service to get the apts ready for the next tenant. We had to SCRUB and thoroughly clean every inch. From bugs, to dirt, to just filth. Also, they do not maintain the place. This place isn't that old, but the upkeep is awful. you can tell some parts are repainted and no drop cloth was put down so tons of paint on the floor, bird poop all over the pool deck and so many other issues. Recently our building was without water for days. Nothing was done except free pizza and wings.. It is very deceiving because the building, location, garage and price are fantastic, but once you get inside its a different story. Don't live here

ZERO STARS!!! this apartment has roaches and multiple things wrong. Maintenance does nothing about it. my car got broken into and my roommate's car got STOLEN from the parking garage. there is on-site security that does not patrol. this is a gated apartment complex, but the gates are always open.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!Apartment is nothing like the show rooms they have in the front. They make it look nice in the front for tours but the actual apartment is a shit hole. We moved in for the 2023-2024 college year and upon settling in we discovered roaches in our kitchen.They were crawling through the walls and cracks in the cabinets. When talking to management about it they said they would get an exterminator but as of writing this review that was a week ago. There are piles of trash in every entrance of the garage and roach infested furniture in the halls. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND DON'T GET TRICKED INTO LIVING HERE.

Currently been living at Millennium for about 7 months now! I really love it here! The apartments are spacious and pet friendly. The club house is super nice and the gym has most of amenities you could possibly need. My favorite place is the massive pool and I can't wait until it's warm enough outside to use it again!

This place is awful. The whole apartment smells like ass shit (bad language but it's the only accurate description). They slap fees on top of their "low prices" that make it much more expensive than what you think you are signing for. The place is also cockroach infested. We had an exterminator out many times, and it never helped. If you ever need to be somewhere on time... make sure to leave 10 minutes early because the gates are usually broken, and you have to hand push them open.

We finally got the roach situation somewhat under control. We still see some occasionally in the hallway but not as many as before. Although a new problem arose. Yesterday our roof burst open due to water damage from a leaky pipe above our kitchen. There was a plaster over the spot when we moved in and we suspect the landlord found it easier to patch the hole rather than fix the pipe.

First year living here and it's the absolute best! My favorite feature is their ability to match roomates so well using the app room sync! The team here is so very friendly!

My daughter called me tonight to inform me that her air conditioner was out in her apartment and that it was leaking water and had black mold all over the unit. She stated that her roommate call emergency maintenance several times and no one has shown up in the pass 3 hours. I believe that Cardinal is ripping tenants off by allowing them to live in substandard apartments. My daughter is paying $700 a month for this crap. Clearly this is a health hazard and I will be contacting the health dept and housing authorities.

Overall the room and apartment itself are solid and a good place to live with friends. The only problems I have are the walls being thin and trash buildup by the compactor on certain days
