My husband and parents reserved our holiday light tour as a surprise for our children and their great-aunt & great-grandmother weeks in advance. We live an hour away and drove down for our ride. 3 hours before the ride we were called and notified they had double-booked us. We agreed to postpone our ride for FOUR hours even though we had young children, elderly, AND an hour drive home afterwards. Half an hour AFTER they were supposed to pick us up they called again and said there had been another mix up and they could pick us up possibly in another hour, but that the holiday lights we were planning to see would be closed by then. Although the man on the phone was nice it did nothing to help my daughters as they cried on our drive home after our whole evening was ruined.
