Best pizza in Lawton that I've had so far! We went yesterday for the first time since arriving at Ft. Sill and was seated quickly. Our server was attentive and never left our drinks empty. They bring out rolls before your meal which are amazing! Our food came quick and it was delicious. Will be back.

I ordered through the Yelp app, and I got an eta of 8:34.Went to pick up food was advised they received nothing.I should have got the man name that helped me but he went above and beyond for me.Ensured that I still received the meal I ordered.I'm so thankful I just got off the road from traveling and was hungry.Food was delicious!!

The service was great and it is your typical "Italian" themed restaurant with over kill of Frank Sinatra playing in the background. The food was terrible! We started with the $11 Milano salad that was supposed to come with olives, tomatoes, peppers, and mozzarella. There were no olives and it was a handful of shredded mozzarella thrown on top of some bagged lettuce mix. Our food came out within less than 10 minutes which explains why nothing tasted fresh. The Marsala had a hint of canned tomato sauce and way too many soggy mushrooms. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Lawton or not! That's not an excuse for poor food.

Service was subpar. Food was mediocre. There isn't too many choices in Lawton, but the food would have been definitely better and more enjoyable has we just purchased Marie Calendars from Walmart.The Calamari was tougher than leather and seemingly had freezer burns. The Cannoli has a stale exterior and seems to have been sitting prepaid in their fridge. Do not recommend.

Once we were seated, we didn't get waited in for a good 10-15 minutes and then finally we got a waiters attention and it looked like it put her out. She also didn't sit down plates for the rolls. The food though is a saving factor for this establishment. The rolls were very good. I had the linguine tuttomore which includes: clams, mussels, calamari, and various other ingredients in a white wine sauce. And it was very flavorful and creamy! Very redeeming. Overall the ambience was cozy and relaxing.

We were in the area on a weekend family get-a-way to Medicine Park in celebration of my husband's mile stone birthday.Typically, I'll scope out a place for a special dinner, but the getaway was a little bit last minute, and it was raining. Thanks to Yelp we found Milano's and I'm gonna add my two cents.We had a lovely dinner out. The ambience is pretty much what you would expect from a family run Italian restaurant. The decor is somewhere along the lines of family interpretation of Olive Garden. Plenty of seating. We were seated quickly. And had the most delicious bread. My husband ordered the lobster raviolis. My daughter had spaghetti and meatball. And I ordered the pizza. Margarita. Lobster ravioli, was definitely a 10 out of 10. Very rich and delicious. My daughters, spaghetti, and meatball, we're a 10 out of 10 for her and she ate practically everything. Pizza margarita was very delicious and had leftovers for a few days. We also ordered the chocolate mousse cake for my husband's birthday. It was decadent, dark and delicious. This was a bit of a splurge, and I believe all of this, and a bottle of wine was probably a little south of $85.

I'm not sure how an Italian restaurant can mess up pizza, but this place did. Calamari was rubbery and absolutely no flavor. Veal Marsala, umm, I could get a better recipe if I googled it. Veal Marsala is NOT a tomato based recipe!!I'm sorry but, the only thing that was good was the buns.
