I DO NOT recommend Mikey's unless you want to pay for their mistakes. Let me start out by simply stating the work I needed done, exactly how my husband and I told two different people there. I needed all 4 seatbelts pulled out of my car. Leave the old driver seatbelt in the trunk of the car & I will be bringing a brand new driver seatbelt that will go with the other 3 to seatbelt planet. 3 blue seatbelts and a black new OEM to be re-webbed by seatbelt planet and sent back to Mikey's to be put back in the car. I asked if I needed to bring the new OEM black seatbelt directly to seatbelt planet myself, or if they wanted me to bring the new seatbelt to them and let them take them with the other 3 seatbelts. They said bring the seatbelt to them and they will bring it with them when they deliver all of the seatbelts. I brought my car in around 8:15am on Tuesday morning. I wasn't expecting this job to take more than one day, maybe two TOPS. This job was scheduled so that seatbelt planet could get my seatbelts in on Tuesday (they're very busy so it was important the seatbelts got to them on Tuesday like we had arranged) and get them back to Mikey's the same day. It's the end of the first day and I never got a call about my car so I popped in to see if it was done, a guy there was outside working on his white SUV and said the seatbelts came back around 4:45 and the techs get off at 5 so the car would be done by tomorrow (Wednesday) Okay not really a big deal, but would've been nice to know. We are not from Oklahoma City, so we had to buy a hotel to stay the night. It's the next day. It's about 1:00 in the afternoon and seatbelt planet called me and wanted to tell me that they just got the seatbelts in and wanted re verify that they were expecting 3 blue seatbelts and 1 black. I said yes. Then they said okay we only got 3 blue seatbelts in.... (Why weren't the seatbelts dropped off the day before????...) After I hung up with seatbelt planet, Mikey's called me and wanted to clarify black new seatbelt goes to seatbelt planet. I said Yes. Mikeys told me they already installed the black seatbelt and that I would have to pay their $188 labor fee for them to take it back out because apparently I did not explain to them that seatbelt went to seatbelt planet.... (Why would I want one black seatbelt and 3 blue!?...) so I came in personally and cleared things up but the guy (I'm assuming was Mikey, but could be wrong) insisted I never said anything about the black seatbelt AFTER I told them multiple times that morning. So I'm paying $188 for their own mistake. Cool. So we got it figured out... I get a call from seatbelt planet at 4 in the afternoon saying Mikey's brought them the broken BLUE seatbelt and not the black one and they were very confused... mind you this was after we came in for the SECOND time to tell them the black seatbelt GOES TO SEATBELT PLANET, and they still brought them the wrong seatbelt!?... let me guess, that's still my fault??? So seatbelt planet had to go over there themselves and retrieve the seatbelt. Pretty frustrating for both parties. I did not get a call till 5:00 saying the car was not done yet and they just got the seatbelts. So now we are paying for a 2nd night at a hotel. Hey atleast they called me this time, but with the seatbelt shop staying in touch with me I already knew at that point when they just got the seatbelts in later in the afternoon, my car would not be done by the end of the day. It's Thursday, the car is not done until the end of the day. Honestly if they would've not charged me for their own mistake I would not be writing this review. I would've looked over everything else. I'm not sure how I call the seatbelt shop weeks in advance, tell them what I want and they know exactly what to do, yet me, my husband and the seatbelt shop tell Mikey's several times and they still get it wrong more than once. I was SO exited for this experience, we have a very large car community here at Fort Sill and the surrounding areas who I am very well acquainted with and were eager to hear how my experience would go. Unfortunately I will not be recommending Mikey's for something that they could've easily made right with me. I also want to note $188 for an hour of extra labor when it doesn't even take 15 minutes to remove that seatbelt. It is a super simple process and the whole job shouldn't have taken 3 whole days... I overlooked all of the bad google reviews on this place because they seemed to have more good than bad. But definitely listen to the bad ones over the good if the good ones are even legit. Seems like they like to hide bad reviews including mine lol

I would NEVER use another mechanic besides Mikey. You can trust him 100% to do what you need in a timely and honest manner. (He also never laughs at me when I call with my silly concerns and explains everything to me very well). Truly the best!!!!

I took my car here to get an oil change and then came back a few weeks later to have my power steering flushed and my heater fixed. They are very welcoming when you come in the door and have great customer service throughout the process of my car getting fixed. They were very helpful and honest about what needed to be done. I thought it was a very fair price. I will be coming here again the next time my car needs serviced.

I cannot tell you how amazing these people are! I specifically worked with Mikey and Randy, and the both of them were incredibly helpful. I went in thinking I had transmission issues in my rv, and I was fully prepared to get a whole new transmission and all the work included in that. Mikey wanted to check it out first and asked me to take it out on the road, and really helped me figure out what the issue may be, and put in a lot of effort to help me out! I am sooo incredibly grateful for running into this shop and these people!!!

Came to get vehicle , after having a bid given, that showed $300.00 for unforseen problems, was told it was $658. 00. And would not accept business check, because I was a first time customer. Won't accept cashiers check. Very non professional in being willing to work out a solution. Take it or leave it attitude. Won't be back.

Took car in for A/C diagnosis and was informed compressor failed and sent metal through the system so it would be best to replace condenser, line(s), and filter. Made sense and the quote over the phone was $675 for the job which would include a lifetime warrantee. Picked the car up and the bill was $1540. Luckily I was talking to the guy that gave me the quote and he remember the phone call but told me there was no way he quoted the job at $675. What are you going to do, they have the car and the keys? My mistake not getting a written estimate but I know what I heard. Good news is the A/C is blowing cold. Bad news is that I'm back to looking for a shop I can trust.OBTW, if you want to charge it they add a 3.5% service charge.

I came in from hours out of town to purchase a vehicle. Mikey was kind enough to do a pre-purchase inspection on it after their normal cut-off hours to help me out since it was a multi-hour trip for me. The inspection was thorough and concise, without the normal maintenance schedule salesman push I've experienced in other places.
