This is my 1st time to ever write a review on any business. I have bought cars, tractors and lawn equipment etc for 43 yrs of my life and I've never had a better feeling in a purchase than I have with Mike's. They are kind, knowledgeable, trust worthy and go above and beyond to make sure you have purchased the right equipment for your needs. There is no doubt that they are going to be with me when I have questions and or service needs in the future. I researched for over a year for the right zero turn and thought I had it figured out. After trying the one I picked, I found out that I needed to listen to the dealer that knew best. I just want to say thank you Mike and Lisa for your expertise. This is the only place that I can honestly say they treat you not like family (because we all know that can't always be good haha) but better than family. There is no need to go anywhere else to buy your equipment.

Mikes got me a part for my Big Dog mower. No one else would help. I don't usually leave reviews but in this case, I am happy too. They answered my phone call and e-mails. and responded promptly.

I have bought multiple mowers from Mikes. The Scag mowers we are awesome. There before and after the sale is great. They take care of there customers.

We've used Mike's repeatedly; however, it appears he's outgrowing his infrastructure. They argued about some of the parts we wanted to purchase, they said they didn't need to be replaced. Since when does any business not want to up-sell you product or services?! They were literally trying to turn down sales. They didn't get our mower fixed the first time. When we called to have the mower picked & fixed correctly, they weren't willing to work around our work schedule, even though it was their fault they didn't fix it right the first time & was having to pick it up again. They literally told us that if we didn't like the pick up times to just take our mower someplace else for repair. We had to take off work twice as they picked up the mower. They did get the mower fixed the 2nd time but we'll take our business someplace else next time. My husband has been in the automobile service industry for years & was appalled at how they treated us, he would never think to talk to customers like we were talked to.
