Apartments are run down. I've lived here several years now and over the last 3 years it has gone from bad to worst. Maintenance has a very high turn over, so you will wait awhile for things to get fixed and you will need things fixed because the apartments are old. There are constant issues with the plumbing. Toilets are old and need to be replaced. The bandaid fixes are no longer lasting more than a month. There are also issues with showers and tubs plumbing which is why the water is shut off at least once a week if not more.Air and heat also breaks often. They have remodeled a few homes, so make sure you get a remodeled home if you want appliances that aren't 10+ years old, however just because it looks nice, beware the old plumbing problems, garbage disposal, and electrical issues. They have not remodeled those issues.Pool seems nice, but they have a limit and pass system and kids are throwing rocks into it (also kids throw rocks at windows and doors too). I know apartment can't control bad kids, so just warning you will have to deal with it. If you are wondering why I am still here despite the issues, its because the cost of apartments has raised so high, so it's difficult at the moment to find anything and I am considering moving into a house anyways. I kept holding out hope that if I waited things would get better, but I lost hope last year. I only hope this review will be helpful to new tenants or the owners and management so they can try and return this place to wonderful apartment it was back when I moved in years ago.
