Midtown Stillwater Student Apartments

I just took a tour from Sam and she was so sweet and very welcoming! The apartments are really nicely laid out and the location is just close enough to campus and the Stillwater strip. Very clean and seems like a great place for me!

I will update this as we go, but we are in the middle of a terrible situation with this company and I wish my child had been more diligent before they allowed him to sign a lease with no co-signer and charged $2,000 to my credit card.

Do not live here! A new company has taken over and it has gone extremely downhill. They changed internet companies and the internet is useless. I cannot even do my homework in my apartment. Over 50% of the tenants have no where to park. I am forced to park 1/2 mile away. People let their pets use the bathroom in the hallways. The hallways reek of "substances". No one answers the phone. Also, they charge you for miscellaneous utilities without explanation. Fortunately, I was finally able to move out. It's a roof over your head but that's it.

Listen if you need somewhere to live and can't find anywhere else it's not terrible. It's a roof over your head but let me just say the service here is interesting. A new leasing company took over and it went down hill super fast. The leasing office always closes early so if you need to run to get a package at 6:50 pm, they left even though they close at 7. They also created "VIP parking" on the first floor?? That's never been a thing and they charge you 100 dollars to park there ???? If you expect anything to be clean when you move in, it's a joke. Everything in here is covered in mud and dust !! Also the air conditioning is awful. Ours makes a loud noise and freezes all the time. It was leaking water and molded and they sprayed some paint over the mold to cover it up. I would recommend living anywhere else if you can but it's not the worst place.

While I was inquiring first year housing for my daughter out of the state of Texas, it was quite a daunting experience. Luckily, I spoke with Jordan.She is professional personable and went out of her way to accommodate both my needs, and the needs of my young freshmen coming in for first year I have much faith in leasing this apartment complex because of her Thank you, Jordan !

This place is a joke. They say they provide parking for all residents, but they don't. Over half of us are left without a spot, and management is nowhere to be found. They don't answer the phone, and they don't communicate. It's 100 degrees out, and people are forced to park far away and walk back home. It's frustrating and unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Absolutely awful organization! We paid three months in advance yet they tried to charge us again for those three prepaid months. The local office can do absolutely NOTHING to help. And I mean NOTHING. They give you an email to deal with the accounting department. The accounting department doesn't have a phone number so you can't even speak to someone about the overcharge. You have to email them but we couldn't get a response from our email to the accounting department. We're probably going to have to pay for a lawyer. The bathroom was disgusting when we moved in. The moving out charges were a complete scam. Unfortunately, they'll stay full because students need somewhere to live. I wish OSU or the city of Stillwater reviewed these companies before allowing them to take the students's money. Save yourself the headache and choose a different apartment complex!!

These apartments are amazing, so clean, modern and in the best location on campus. And the staff are so friendly and helpful. And most of all, the apartments are very safe and secure, which is important to a Dad of a daughter. I wish they would have had these kind of apartments when I was a OSU, eons ago :).

They try to take advantage of first year renters that go to Oklahoma state university. They don't care for their attendees and don't help them.

I have lived in multiple places in my time at Oklahoma State University and midtown is the absolute worst place I have ever lived and hopefully ever will live. The management is absolutely terrible. They don't listen to any maintenance requests and are disrespectful when I try to bring it up to them. They don't care about the tenants and are only looking to take advantage of first time renters. I was really looking forward to a good housing situation with my friends close to campus and when I toured they made it seem so amazing and promised a good living situation. But to my surprise and disappointment it was completely opposite of what they described to me and now we are all not renewing our lease. DO NOT LIVE HERE GO LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE IN STILLWATER.
